LOL, ik heb uit de excess claim gewoon 3 aandelen ontvangen! Zoals anderen al aan hebben gegeven, waarom heb ik me hier in godsnaam voor ingeschreven?

welk goed nieuws kunnen we voorlopig verwachten?
1 de jaarcijfers
2 de opening van de nieuwe fabriek in Arnhem, waarbij de productiecapaciteit van 40,000m3 naar 60,000m3 gaat
3 de outlook op basis van de uitbreiding
4 het bouwen van de Tricoya fabriek in Engeland
5 nieuwe koersdoelen
6 Gaat CBM-PLC een accoya fabriek bouwen in China? met een capaciteit van 160,000m3 ?

er komt een bericht dat ze iemand aangenomen hebben voor investors relations,en die daar verstand van heeft. Een betere communicatie met de shareholders levert volgens mij het meeste op.

Todlin meldt belang in Accsys

Kapitaalbelang ruim zes procent.

(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Todlin, onderdeel van Teslin Capital Management, heeft een eerste belang in Accsys Technologies gemeld. Dit bleek uit een melding in het kader van de Wet op het financieel toezicht, gedateerd op 24 april 2017.

Todlin meldde een kapitaalbelang van 6,50 procent met een dito stemrecht.

Wet op het financieel toezicht

De melding valt onder de Wet melding zeggenschap, die sinds 1 januari 2007 onder de overkoepelende Wet op het financieel toezicht valt. Volgens deze wet moeten aandeelhouders met een belang groter dan 3 procent elke wijziging in hun belang melden bij het overschrijden van de volgende drempelwaarden: 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75 en 95 procent. Dit geldt zowel bij het opbouwen als het afbouwen van een belang.

Wel tot nu toe de hoogste notering van vandaag. het is wel beter te begrijpen dat er kopers zijn dan verkopers op dit niveau.

Accsys werkt haar site niet zo vaak bij. Maar door de verdunning die plaatsvond door de emissie wijzigen deze percentages. Maar todlin is er bijgekomen. er zitten niet zoveel aandelen in vrije handen.

Ik heb voor mijn 600 aandelen Accsys, ruim 1.250 nieuwe aandelen gekregen (via de claimemissie). Mooie boekwinst gelijk. Mijn aandelen staan wel in London genoteerd. Zou dat uitmaken?

Gewoon eens een algemene vraag :

als er hier zo in het wilde weg gecopypaste wordt, kan er dan in het begin iets van toelichting bijgezet worden wat het is? Dat leest iets makkelijker.
Ook headers, footers, overbodige empty rows en andere rommel schrappen maakt lezen aangenamer. Dank!

Verwacht nieuws van Blackstone over hun plannen met de Acetow divisie die ze dit jaar afronden.

Zie mijn vorige posts de afgelopen weken.
Hier is een waanzinnig smerig spel gespeeld door de koers eerst te drukken en vervolgens de stukken op bodemkoers uit te delen aan de vriendjes van.
Piet Particulier heeft vervolgens een lachwekkend zoethoudertje toegestopt gekregen als dank voor jarenlang trouw in dit aandeel zitten met meestal nog een fors koersverlies op de koop toe.

Nee, zoals al eerder door iemand was aangegeven ontvangt iedereen uit de Excess claim ongeveer 1,2% van waar je je voor hebt ingeschreven. Ik weet niet of wittedewith het juist heeft omschreven. 1248 aandelen op 600 is niet reëel.

Wie gaat dit aankaarten,ik kreeg ook voor 200.000 ingeschreven iets van 2040 aandelen moest wel iets van 138.000 euro reserveren.
Mooie vraag voor VEB .mag toch geen verschil maken met hetzelfde aandeel.
