Harvest One Completes First Shipment to Shoppers Drug Mart
March 21, 2019 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Harvest One Cannabis Inc. ("Harvest One" or the "Company") (TSXV: HVT; OTCQX: HRVOF), through it’s wholly-owned subsidiary United Greeneries Ltd. (“United Greeneries”), today announced that it has completed its first shipment to Shoppers Drug Mart of Satipharm branded cannabis.
Satipharm branded cannabis is now available for purchase on the Shoppers Drug Mart cannabis web portal.
In this first shipment under the terms of the supply agreement announced on Monday March 18th, Harvest One through United Greeneries has provided Shoppers with SatiSilver™ (Great White Shark) with a moderate THC content, and SatiGreen™ (CBD Tonic) with a 1:1 ratio of THC:CBD .

Zo, de bonus van afgelopen jaar en de salarisverhoging sinds januari zijn binnen. Ik zit eens te kijken waar ik in wil stappen en AgraFlora gaat de laatste tijd als de brandweer. Staat nu wel heel hoog. Is dat het nu waard of toch even wachten tot het (iets) zakt?
Hij staat nu wel flink overbought.

Ja, ik zie het inderdaad. Ben ondertussen verder aan het kijken. Wellicht mn porto in waterstof uitbreiden, hoewel daar ook al flinke stijgingen zijn geweest.

Ik zit nu ook in Aleafia via Emblem met ca 30K shares.

Die zijn wel zeer positief over Aleafia! Ik hou ze ook aan, zijn overgenomen op CAD2.265.
Laatste weken wel wat onrustig maar dat stabiliseert hopelijk gauw en als de overname echt achter de rug is gaan we ervoor

Vancouver, British Columbia / March 20, 2019 – AgraFlora Organics International Inc. (“AgraFlora”) (the “Company”) (CSE: AGRA) (Frankfurt: PU31) (OTCPK: PUFXF), a growth oriented and diversified international cannabis company, is pleased to announce it is acquiring an additional 10% of the shares of Propagation Services Canada Inc. (“PSC”) for $14 million payable by common shares of AgraFlora at a price of $0.68 per share, equivalent to 20,588,235 common shares. The transaction has been agreed to in principle and approved by both boards of directors of AgraFlora and PSC. Following the transaction, the ownership of PSC will consist of AgraFlora as to 60%, the Houwelings Partnership Group as to 30% and the investors of Delta Organics Cannabis Corp. (“DOCC”) as to 10%.

“It is important for AgraFlora to continue to have a majority stake in the joint venture company Propagation Services Canada,” said Derek Ivany, President and CEO of AgraFlora. “The Delta Greenhouse Complex will become our marquee facility with 2.1 million square feet of greenhouse space and 100,000 square feet in production facilities. Progress on the retrofit continues to be on target and we expect to submit our licensing application video to Health Canada by the end of June.”

AgraFlora is issuing common shares at $0.68 per share which is an approximate 53% premium to the shares paid to DOCC at $0.445 for its 20% purchase of PSC, as announced in November 2018. The 10% acquired by AgraFlora comes from four shareholders of PSC who have shown confidence in the AgraFlora management team by converting their PSC shares into shares of AgraFlora. This is an arm’s length transaction and no finder’s fees are to be paid.

Upon closing the final $20 million payment of a previously announced financing, DOCC will receive an additional 10% from AgraFlora and AgraFlora will remain the majority shareholder with a 50% ownership position of PSC, with the Houwelings Partnership Group with 30% and the investors of DOCC with 20%. AgraFlora’s 50% ownership of PSC will entitle it to 50% of the annual estimated production of 250,000,000 grams from the Delta Greenhouse Complex.

Bedankt Osho, is een veelbelovend interview met Steve Hawkins. En inderdaad, mocht volledige legalisatie in de US realiteit worden, dan kan het wel eens hard gaan met de Amerikaanse producenten van cannabisproducten, die zich tot op heden ernstig beperkt zien in hun handel en internationale expansie. Binnenkort zal ook meer bekend worden over de rol van banken in de US mbt de deze sector. Mocht het tot een wetswijziging komen waardoor financiering door banken van cannabisbedrijven volledig legaal wordt, dan zal ook deze stap van invloed zijn op de koersen. Heb zelf ook enkele US-fondsen in portefeuille, waaronder Curaleaf en Charlotte's Web.

Curaleaf is mijn favoriet, nog voor Ianthus, maar niet aan te schaffen via deGiro. Waar heb je deze aangekocht? (Binck?). Heb je de stijging van afgelopen week meegepakt?

Verder denk ik dat legalisatie op overheidsniveau niet de enige manier is om de boel op gang te krijgen omdat er ook per staat gestemd wordt omtrent legalisatie (medicinaal en recreatief).

Ik zit idd bij Binck en ja, gelukkig de stijging van Curaleaf meegepakt, net als bij Charlotte's Web. Sta overigens ook nog wel bij een paar andere US-fondsen op verlies, maar dat trekt ook wel een keer bij. Wanneer die nieuwe US-ETF verhandelbaar wordt, stap ik zeker in, klinkt zeker interessant.

Zolang het illegaal is op federaal niveau om in Marihuana te handelen, maakt het niet uit of de staten iets legaliseren in dit geval volgens mij. Een bank die federale regels overtreed heeft grote problemen! En federaal gaat boven staatswetgeving.
