Erg goed bedrijf, wachten op nieuws van FDA. Een echte parellll

Dit aandeel is gedaald van ca 900 naar minder dan 1; een echte parel dus......!!

Dat slaat natuurlijk nergens op Ridder.Op het moment van $900 stonden er aanmerkelijk minder aandelen uit. De beurswaarde ligt momenteel rond de $40 miljorn. Dat is erg weinig voor een bedrijf met zulke geweldige technologie. Als de FDA approvel binnen is gaan we zo 100% de lucht in.

It's not really accurate to use the FDA clearance from May 2018 as a guideline on what we may spike to on the SV clearance. The company is in a much better place now from where it was in May 2018. During that time, they were losing a lot of money and greatly missing expectations. They are operating at much greater efficiency at the current time. Also in May 2018 they were still dealing with a lawsuit and had that cloud hanging over the company. In addition, the May 2018 clearance was for the "improved version" of the regular Pantheris. The original Pantheris rolled out prior but they had some issues and did some redesigning.

It is very important to understand that the Pantheris SV is not just another "update". While the SV works in similar ways to the regular version it is used for procedures that the regular Pantheris cannot perform therefore making it a "different" device with an entirely different market. The Pantheris SV is a NEW tool that brings NEW potential and NEW technology for small vessel procedures. It seems to me that it can really shine with below-the-knee procedures to help prevent amputations.

Right now it is anyone's guess on what kind of spike we will see upon FDA news. It is also possible that the FDA news may be accompanied with other news as we are still waiting on the Australia developments regarding the Ocelot.

Verbazend hoe de FDA-clearance van PantherisSV het aandeel naar beneden katapulteert. Gisteren extra update over patenten.
Ook hier weer (al vaak gezien laatste tijd) heel veel naked shorting, vaak voor veel meer dan de helft van het dagvolume...
Waarschijnlijk ook veel mensen die afwachten ivm de shelf-offering die ze hadden aangekondigd enkele weken terug.
In elk geval heb ik een positie ingenomen en zie ik dit bedrijf als een overnameprooi.
