Toch weer een stapje in de juiste richting voor Pyrogenesis. De orders voor pelletization zullen waarschijnlijk traag en gestaag volgen, mede omdat de voorzieningen voor elektrisch vermogen er moeten zijn.
Ik verwacht op termijn nog wel wat vraag van de cement industrie.
Drossrite opdrachten zullen er binnen een jaar ook nog wel volgen.
Kortom, de pijplijn is groot, breed, en passend in de huidige industriële transitie.

Niet echt; Tata legt de bal neer bij de overheid.
Wij willen verschonen middels groene waterstof, dus overheid lever ons de groene waterstof dan zullen wij ons best doen om rond 2030 te beginnen met een deel te verschonen.
Dus tot 2050 blijft het een fikse vervuiler!

Keppel Bags DNV Certificate for 3D Printed Shipboard Fitting

Keppel Technology & Innovation has received a verification certificate for a 3D printed deck mounted type Panama Chock (SWL150Ton) from DNV, the independent energy expert and assurance provider’s Global Additive Manufacturing Technology Centre of Excellence in Singapore. The component, which is intended for non-class maritime applications, is the world’s largest 3D-printed shipboard fitting. Panama Chocks are large shipboard fittings for towing and mooring, traditionally manufactured by casting, and are welded to a ship as a supporting hull structure. This component was manufactured by KTI’s partner AML3D using their patented Wire Additive Manufacturing process which used medium strength structural steel grade ER70S-6 wire feedstock.

The verification by DNV follows extensive research, production and testing by KTI with end users Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M) and technology partners AML3D and confirms that the component has met all the primary test requirements in KTI’s project material specification with satisfactory results.

As part of the qualification process a 1,450 kg Panama Chock was designed and produced to meet international standards and KTI’s project specific material specification. Material yield strength was twice that of the original cast material and was produced with acceptable internal soundness that was confirmed by various non-destructive testing and evaluation methods. The part was then proof load tested to 20% higher load than its design working load. Following the successful load test, non-destructive and destructive testing, the results were reviewed by all parties before the final verification statement was issued.

GE, Fraunhofer & voxeljet to Develop 3D Printing for Wind Turbines

GE, Fraunhofer IGCV and voxeljet AG announced a research partnership to develop the world’s largest 3D printer for offshore wind applications in order to streamline the production of key components of GE’s Haliade-X offshore wind turbine. The Advance Casting Cell 3D printer under development will benefit from financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and will be capable of printing molds to cast components for the nacelle2 of the GE Haliade-X that can each weigh more than 60 metric tons, reducing the time it takes to produce this pattern and mold from ten weeks or more to just two weeks. In addition, the use of the 3D printer is expected to reduce the product’s carbon footprint by eliminating the need to transport the large parts from a central manufacturing location. The partners expect to launch the project during the third quarter of 2021 with initial printer trials starting during the first quarter of 2022.

The project involves the development of a new, large format 3D printer capable of producing sand molds for casting the highly complex metal parts of different shapes and sizes that make up an offshore wind turbine nacelle. The modular 3D printing process, which is based on voxeljet’s core “Binder-Jetting” technology, can be configured to print molds for castings up to 9.5 meters in diameter and 60-plus tons in weight.

The Fraunhofer Institute for Casting, Composite and Processing Technology IGCV is responsible for casting and materials technology issues as well as digital process monitoring.

The test mold voxeljet printed for GE in 2019 consisted of dozens of individual parts. With the ACC, voxeljet aims to print a significantly reduced number of parts for the full set. Added to that, the mold can be optimized in terms of functionality and material consumption. This optimization makes completely new casting designs possible that can further enhance the efficiency of the turbines.

MASK Architects Design Modular Prefabricated Living Museum Houses

MASK Architects has designed the world's first steel 3D printed structure of modular houses for Nivola Museum’s visitors, Tourists and Artists in Orani, city of Sardinia.Öznur Pinar Çer and Danilo Petta have Inspired from the work of Costantino Nivola, they have designed Exosteel Mother Nature modular houses which they have taken inspiration from him sculpture called the La Madre. The studio is the first architecture and design studio in the world to use a steel 3D-printed exoskeleton construction system that supports and distributes all the functional elements of the building, using their new solution of construction technique which they called EXOSTEEL.

The house is composed firstly by a hollow central column inserted for one / third of its length into the ground and by various organic branches that support the three floors of the building. On each floor a perimeter frame divides and supports the facades made up of panels modeled to follow the organic shape of the house.

Each building which is "self sustainable" can also provide energy resources to the grid of the development. We have designed each module to always be expandable and flexible so that they can always suit any terrain and meet the needs of any development. Each building is centered with a ‘Energy Tower’ that will provide all natural generated energy from Solar and Wind. The Energy Tower is covered with solar panels that will harvest solar energy while the top of the centered energy tower itself will rotate 360 degrees at the same time with the wind that will also generate wind turbine energy. The voids in the modules allow channeled wind through that can be directed to the wind turbines. Placed at the top of the tower are also some technological instruments such as smart-cameras and fire detectors. This is to provide social security and also to have natural security against natural disasters. Throughout the lower part of the centered tower, we have housing for all the technical equipment of the module that houses all necessary storage for water and energy as well as distribution stations for the surroundings.

Light on the modules also provide visibility for the surrounding areas as each building acts like a beacon on the mountain. At night time the lights can also provide entertainment lighting for social use and exhibitions. The network of lights on all the modules are enabled to work as a single unit for events for the surrounding museum as well as nationals days ..etc.

There can be many different formations in which these modules can be situated on the site, from a single module being sustainable on its own to a gathering of modules in a kite diamond formation to create a small community. The aim is to always be able to adapt and in this case these modules can be set up in a network to create a fully functioning self sustained habitat.

Met het laatste Drossrite nieuws verwacht ik nu een stabilisering van de koers. Ik verwacht ook binnenkort een opdracht voor de cement industrie. Dan zit een herstel naar een koers van 7+ er wel weer in.

Nee, dit is niet gebruikelijk. Peter Pascali doet erg vaak voor-aankondigingen op basis van verwachtingen.
Daarom denk ik dat er nog wel een nieuwsbericht zal volgen met feitelijkheden.

3d is 'n kansrijke sektor. Ik volg het al jááren .

Er ligt zeker een toekomst.Maar zoals altijd bij dit soort "toekomst"sektoren:
Veel bedrijven, enkelen zijn succesvol,anderen zijn veel belovend en worden opgekocht.
Hoe groot is de kans dat jij de goede keuze voor dat aandeel maakt?

Dan kan je mogelijk al een beleggingsfonds of index ETF proberen te kopen.
Maar ik vind meestal dat ETF te veel fondsen hebben !

Maar ook dat fonds zal te maken hebben met veel bedrijven die het niet gaan redden.
Het rendement moet dus komen van hopelijk de winst van die ene winnaar. P

Dus kiezen.

Het antwoord is er al, koers 5,02. voor nu zijn berichten van een paar miljoen, of een aanstaande deal, hoeveel het er ook zijn, niet genoeg om de koers te laten exploderen. er zal een stapeling van aanzienlijke orders of contracten en omzet groei gerealiseerd moeten worden. Er moeten specifiek grote namen op tafel komen. verder wordt er een prima fundering gelegd, prachtig om te zien hoe de contracten en nieuwe technieken ontplooien. Moeilijk om te zeggen wat het bericht gaat worden dat de koers naar (veel) hogere verwachtingswaarden zal tillen. 1 ding staat buiten kijf voor mij, en dat is dat het gaat gebeuren ( mening).

pascalli verkoopt momenteel ook aandelen, vooraf aangekondigd. Het hele koersverloop doet me ook sterk vermoeden dat er een of meerdere partijen aan het inslaan zijn. totdat ze hun beoogde aantallen aan de beoogde koers hebben is retail niet bij machten dit te laten uitbreken, tenzij een absurd contract of naam als tesla, vale, rio etc genoemd wordt. een hoop vaste handen, dus het is moeilijk om grote aantallen momenteel uit de float te halen foor een partij, tijd is dus de belangrijke factor. wellicht ook maar goed ook, de "social media hype" van maart was leuk, maar maakt de koers/het aandeel kwetsbaar. tijd om volwassen te worden.
