Wat baten filmpjes op YouTube, waarin ze beweren dat er geen problemen zijn,dat ze nu geen geld ophalen om massief verwateren van de huidige aandeelhouders tegen te gaan?Dan zie je wat de koers doet sedert zaterdag -20%,maw nog meer verwatering op komst.De beurs heeft altijd gelijk.

Ze zullen met heel ferm nieuws moeten komen om dit nog om te keren vooraleer ze geld nodig hebben of ergens op een inventieve methode geld vinden.

Tja,een nieuw testje of een paper in een of ander tijdschrift over hoe goed hun test wel zal het verschil niet maken.Simpelweg geld ophalen, desnoods lenen bij de bank dan is de onzekerheid tenminste weg en kunnen we terug vooruit kijken.Zie de koers nu+50milj in kas(=1€/a).De onderneming krijgt Nu een waardering van 1,15/a!De omzet dit jaar 55milj?koers/omzet = 10?Nu kom ik aan 1,25.

Guess we can use a bit of good news about now. Based on the Promega and the Septicyte Rapid 510K review timelines, I believe BCARTS MSI approval could come at any day, assuming the application was complete when submitted last April.

En het meest schrijnende is dat het management precies geen verantwoordelijkheid voelt jegens haar aandeelhouders. Geen duidelijke communicatie, geen zichtbare acties, geen duidelijk plan met milestones, ...

Die hebben toch ook aandelen in Biocartis of zou dat van geen belang zijn voor hen?

Bij deze trouwens met 60% verlies mijn resterende aandelen verkocht. Indien het vertrouwen terugkeert, zal ik misschien opnieuw kopen. Blijft een topproduct. Maar eerst moet ze opnieuw geld hebben.

Thole, enige juiste beslissing. Ik denk dat iedereen hier met spijt in het hart zijn aandelen van de hand heeft gedaan of nog moet doen, maar het kan niet anders of je wordt volledig gepluimd. 30% was bij mij de drempel. We kunnen inderdaad opnieuw instappen, de vraag is tegen welke prijs?
Zoals al zoveel keer aangehaald op dit forum moeten enkele zaken duidelijk worden, nl vers geld om komende jaren mee door te komen en de weg naar winstgevendheid.. op geen van beide krijg je van het huidig mgmt duidelijke uitleg.

Today's carnage is not specific to BCART. The market is reacting to the wider concerns over war and recession in Europe. I know that's not much help since the share price has been in freefall for quite some time. I still maintain that the business environment coming out of the pandemic is as close to ideal has the company could hope for. The resignation of lab workers, the backlog from deferred testing, the shift toward decentralized automated testing all bode well for the adoption rate for this type of system. However, I still keep my dry powder since they need to demonstrate the source for funding future operations and need to show they have turned the corner toward profitability. I'm thankful for my agriculture, bond, gold and Brazilian holdings. This environment really drives home the importance of diversification.

If Verrelst, Roelandt, Houwen truly believe in the outlook for the company, they should be buying shares to demonstrate their commitment. If I see this commitment and more certainty on the funding side, I might think about rebuilding my position.

I think it is apparent that the BCART management behaved like the ATM would always be open allowing them to raise funds as needed, The current environment probably has them second guessing their geographic expansion, rapid staff build up, and product rollout strategies. I hope that the management proves more effective in the efforts to scale up operations. In the meantime, the MSI 510K approval is needed to help reverse the share price slide.

This has to send some shivers through the large number of NGS assay development companies. Liquid biopsy is the holy grail of MDx and if Illumina is successful, these companies will need to build royalty payments into their business model.

One thing I'm closely looking for this year, on the BCART front is progress on the part of their content development partners. If GenePro, and Skyline can demonstrate that the Flex development system is significantly accelerating the time to market, then it could be a game changer. I'm not advocating buying at the moment, since BCART has major business performance issues they need to address/demonstrate to investors, however this could be an item we look back on (hopefully) and say it was a turning point.

Lieve beleggers, de strijd is nog niet verloren.. komende dagen zal er nieuws zijn. We zitten nu in de sauna en we moeten dit uitzweten. Het is nu het moment om uw gemiddelde naar beneden te brengen. Koop voldoende aan en zorg dat je onder de 3€zit.. want we zullen een mid tijd 1 @ 3 jaar onder de 3€ blijven.. groetjes
