Nano One Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
Vancouver, Canada. Nano One® Materials Corp. (TSX: NANO) (OTC: NNOMF) (Frankfurt: LBMB) (the “Company”), a clean technology company with patented processes for the low-cost, low-environmental footprint production of high-performance cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries, is pleased to announce the results of the annual general meeting of shareholders adjourned July 26, 2022, and reconvened today in Vancouver, British Columbia (the “Meeting”).

A total of 24,138,258 common shares were represented at the Meeting, representing 25.25% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.

All matters presented for shareholder approval at the Meeting were approved, as follows:

a) Increase the number of directors to seven (7);
b) Election of the directors of the Company for the ensuing year; and
c) Appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and authorizing the directors to fix their remuneration.

NANO, ik heb niets verkocht en zal ook niets verkopen. Tussen de 1,06 en 1,35 vele malen bijgekocht.
Dit gaat zich vroeg of laat heel erg stevig uitbetalen. Geduld is bij deze hut het motto.
Het is tenslotte een "nieuw economie" aandeel. Dat kan dramatisch op en neer lopen.

Zoals ik al zei, speelde de waardedaling € (cq waardestijging CAD) bij mij nu wel extra mee (zolang die nog speelt, want de € zal ook wel weer eens gaan stijgen).

Nano One Provides Quarterly Progress Update and Reports Q2 2022 Results

(“Nano One” or the “Company”) is a clean technology company with patented processes for the low-cost, low-environmental footprint production of high-performance cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. Nano One has filed its unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements (the “financial statements”) and management’s discussion & analysis for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022 and is pleased to provide the following highlights from Q2 2022.

Corporate Milestones for Q2

Acquisition of Johnson Matthey Battery Materials

On May 25, 2022, Nano One announced it had entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Johnson Matthey Battery Materials Ltd. (“JMBM Canada”) a Canadian entity located in Candiac, Québec, for approximately $10,250,000 paid in cash, subject to closing working capital adjustments.
Acquisition to include the team, facilities, equipment, land and other assets
Team has more than 360 years of scale-up and commercial production know-how
Team and facilities proven in supplying tier 1 cell manufacturers for automotive
LFP facility and land strategically located near Montréal and operational since 2012
Facility and equipment can serve Nano One's process needs with room to expand
Expedites Nano One business strategy for LFP and other battery materials
JMBM Canada also includes a 2,400 tonne per annum capacity LFP production facility occupying approximately one tenth of the 400,000 square foot property. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of calendar 2022, subject to JMBM Canada fulfilling contractual commitments and certain other customary closing conditions.

Joint Development Agreement - BASF

On May 31, 2022, Nano One announced the signing of a joint development agreement (“JDA”) with BASF SE (“BASF”), a globally active chemical company with extensive experience in the development and manufacture of battery materials. Under the JDA, the companies will co-develop a process with reduced by-products for commercial production of next-generation cathode active materials (CAM), based on BASF’s HEDTM-family of advanced CAM and using Nano One’s patented One-Pot process and M2CAM technologies. BASF has a family of CAM products well-suited to the evolving requirements of batteries in automotive drivetrains and a proven track record of developing these products in collaboration with others. Nano One and BASF will also use the M2CAM process for higher flexibility in terms of manufacturing approach and resulting product performance, reduced energy consumption and environmental footprint.

Strategic Investment by Rio Tinto

On June 9, 2022, Nano One announced entering a strategic partnership with Rio Tinto, a leading global mining and metals group, providing iron and lithium products, collaboration and a US$10,000,000 ($12,536,500) investment into Nano One. This partnership and funding will accelerate Nano One's multi-cathode (multi-CAM) commercialization strategy and support CAM manufacturing in Canada for a cleaner and more efficient battery supply chain for North American and overseas markets.

Nano One issued 4,643,148 common shares to Rio Tinto, approximately 4.9% of the issued and outstanding Shares of Nano One at the time of the share issuance, at $2.70 per share in a non-brokered private placement. The proceeds will be directed towards technology and supply chain development, commercialization, Nano One's acquisition of the Candiac facility in Québec, its conversion to One-Pot LFP and industrial scale piloting of other Nano One CAM technologies, and for working capital purposes.

Total assets of ~$60,700,000 (March 31, 2022 - ~$51,400,000)
Total liabilities of ~$1,500,000 (March 31, 2022 - ~$1,400,000)
Sources of cash during Q2 were from the Rio Tinto private placement (~$12,500,000), cost recoveries from strategic partners (~$637,000), interest income (~$123,000), proceeds from Government programs (~$69,000), and exercises of stock options and warrants (~$49,000).

Het gaat wel lekker de laatste weken. Hopelijk zet dit aandeel nu eens door en daalt het niet zoals vele andere beloftevolle aandelen.

Als je de investeringen bekijkt dan hebben ze er echt vertrouwen in en is het een kwestie van tijd voor de grote klappers. Gelukkig dat Rio Tinto de boel niet heeft gekocht, anders waren we de pineut bij een aandeel dat makkelijk x 10 kan gaan.
Rio Tinto is toch een toko die 127 miljard omzet heeft, dus een betrouwbare partner. Ook mogen ze vanaf nu de eerste 5 jaar NANO niet overnemen. PS, ze hebben nu 5,1% van de aandelen.
Het is nog even geduld hebben.

In NANO zit veel koers potentie. Er wordt op de achtergrond hard gewerkt om commercieel te gaan. Kwestie van geduld en nu je positie opbouwen.
De huidige aandelen koers is snel verleden tijd. Dit kan inderdaad makkelijk naar x10. Ik ga overigens van heel veel meer uit.

Dat zou mooi zijn. Maar zei jij dat ook niet over NelAsa e.a. ? ;-)
Ik ben een stuk voorzichtiger geworden met hosannaverhalen.

Lachwekkende verklaring van iemand die ARWR 1,5 maand geleden afbrak op elk front.
Uw te roze bril hier even wegleggen zoals je me eerder al zelf doorgaf.

Als je het verhaal op seeking alfa gaat lezen is dit niet lachwekkend. Graag geen persoonlijke aanvallen, maar de feiten.

Ik heb prachtige ritten met Arrowhead gemaakt en ben met dat fonds short gegaan vanaf $47 tot $30. Deze short winst geheel in NANO gestopt op koersen onder de €1,50. NANO staat aan de basis van een forse stijging. Kortom; ook hier heb ik mijn huiswerk gedaan.
NANO zal nog dit jaar stevig doorstijgen..

Je valt opnieuw en opnieuw in stevige herhalingen.
Je lachte me vierkant uit met mijn aanzienlijk verlies en op minder dan 6 weken is dit al compleet weggewerkt.
Je weet wel van - 250 K naar +10,8 K ;-) exact
Als je toen opnieuw was ingestapt had ik uw huiswerkmethodes niet zo aan de kaak gesteld.
Helaas doe je u anders voor en zodra het niet in uw kraam meer past verdwijn je van het forum ARWR.
Toch veel geluk verder met uw eigen keuzes gewenst.
Ik kom je hier nu niet langer meer lastig vallen maar ik moest het je tot hier komen zeggen want ik hoor of zie je ineens niet meer op Arrowhead draadje ;-)
Iets teveel toevalligheden...

Of je het geloofd of niet, ik ben op $28,30 vol in Arrowhead gestapt. Mijn analyse van dat aandeel in hoe te handelen was juist.
Waarom ik nu niet in jullie discussie mee doe ik vooral het feit dat jij niet normaal kan discussiëren. Dat is ook niet van vandaag.
Op vele fora ben je in het verleden verwijderd wegens wangedrag.

NANO is altijd al mijn favoriete aandeel geweest. Ooit ingestapt op €0,61.
Ook dit fonds is een achtbaan, maar zal nu zeer behoorlijk gaan stijgen.
Mijn positie in dit aandeel is fors en dat zal zo blijven.
Doe er je voordeel mee.

denk dat hier een kern van waarheid in zit. Nano kan an sich mooie potentie hebben, ik zie veel van dit soort potenties stranden. Soms ook ingehaald door concurrentie.

Pak je winst op tijd en laat een stukje liggen.
