weten jullie dat ze zelfs een grenspaal symbolisch verplaatst hebben richting Nederland, zodanig dat de Hollanders die er wonen nu schijnbelgen geworden zijn zolang het EK doorgaat. Hollanders in rood/geel/zwart gekleed en geschminkt, is iets anders dan wereldgekende oranje.
Spijtig dat jullie er niet bij zijn, en dat er veel zwakkere landen deelnemen, maar ook dit is typisch Europa.
En als we over commercie spreken ... nou dan heeft een hollander altijd een streepje voor, chapeau.

Gezien je antwoord, adviseer ik je echt even dit forum (zeker het Galapagos forum te laten voor wat het is).

Niet 1 dag, minstens een week. Sterker nog, kijk even helemaal niet meer.

Echt, je mening zal compleet anders zijn.

PS:

Ik ben zelf in het verleden, door omstandigheden vaker perioden van 6 tot 9 maanden compleet weggeweest. Geen ban of zo, puur vrijwillig. Was eigenlijk een goede beslissing toendertijd.

Ik zou het jammer vinden als je hier verdwijnt!

The studies, which examined the antiviral potency, resistance profile, pharmacokinetics and safety of bictegravir, were presented this weekend during a poster session at the American Society of Microbiology (ASM) Microbe 2016 Conference in Boston. Bictegravir is currently in Phase 3 trials as part of a single tablet regimen in combination with tenofovir alafenamide (TAF) and emtricitabine (FTC) for the treatment of HIV-1 infection (bictegravir 50 mg/emtricitabine 200 mg/tenofovir alafenamide 25 mg).

The study examined the in vitro resistance profile of bictegravir compared to currently available INSTIs dolutegravir (DTG), elvitegravir (EVG) and raltegravir (RAL). Bictegravir demonstrated an improved resistance profile compared to DTG and a markedly improved profile compared to EVG and RAL against a panel of HIV integrase mutant viruses. Results also showed an improved resistance profile against all other INSTIs in patient isolates, particularly those with high-level INSTI resistance.

Twenty adults (19 male) with chronic HIV infection were treated with bictegravir (5, 25, 50 or 100 mg) or placebo once daily for 10 days to determine changes in HIV-1 RNA levels (viral load). Bictegravir was well tolerated at all dosing levels and provided rapid dose-dependent decreases in viral load that were sustained throughout the treatment period. There were no reports of primary resistance mutations in integrase, no serious adverse events (AEs) and no discontinuations due to AEs.

The study analyzed in vitro antiviral activity of bictegravir alone and in combination with TAF, FTC and darunavir (DRV). Bictegravir alone was highly potent against HIV-1 infected target cells and demonstrated no antiviral effect against non-HIV viruses. In combination with TAF, FTC and DRV, bictegravir was highly synergistic against HIV-1. Bictegravir exhibited low cytotoxicity in non-target human cell lines.

Voda, ik heb de afgelopen maanden nogal wat kinderachtige reacties over en weer gezien tussen jou en Aossa waarbij het de laatste weken steeds kinderachtiger werd tot het punt velen en reeds wat van zeiden. Vervolgens hoor ik jou roepen dat Aossa steeds begint, maar ondertussen zie ik jou ook steeds lukraak direct -of indirect uitdagende kinderachtige opmerkingen richting Aossa plaatsen. Ik vind dat nogal hypocriet, als jij dat nou ook eens achterwege zou laten kunnen jullie wellicht voorzichtig aan eens aan een volwassen omgang met elkaar gaan werken.

Dat gezegd hebbende, het is een beetje onzinnig om te beoordelen hoe veel geld iemand alleen of samen nodig zou hebben, je hebt geen idee van iemand levenssituatie, inkomen -en vaste lasten. Ik ken overigens niemand die het met 1.000 euro per maand doet aangezien dat bedrag doorgaans al je huur dan wel hypotheek is, als jij het 3 maanden met 3.000 met z'n 2-en moet doen, wel, dan heb ik het met je te doen.
