@Alex75 Klopt, de zelfvoldane postings van de belastingontwijker uit Luxemburg irriteren me vaak mateloos. Maar je hebt gelijk, ik moet ophouden met daarop te reageren want daar heeft niemand wat aan. Goede interventie !

In Rusland stijgt het aandeel gazprom lekker door. Onze ADR staat op 6,41 euro.

Oh, ik was vergeten te vertellen. We krijgen er een type C depot bij. Daar Worden de aandelen op gedeponeerd. En op de bankrekening wordt het dividend bijgeschreven. Dat is 1,20 euro per adr ( 2 gazprom aandelen).

Nee, die Peter of 4f houdt de kaken stokstijf op elkaar over de manier waarop hij aan zijn vermogen is gekomen.
Daar is natuurlijk ieder vrij in, maar ga geen onzin vertellen.

De enige manier om zoveel geld te verzamelen is om bepaalde contante inkomsten vele jaren lang niet op te geven aan de belastingdienst en daarna dat zwarte geld te beleggen via een buitenlandse bank.
Voor de zekerheid moet je daarna verhuizen naar een belastingparadijs.

gelezen dat de winsten voor Poetin belangrijk zijn: financiert hij de oorlogen etc o.a. mee
En naar ik lees ook zijn eigen prive-zaken
Ik beleg zelf sinds 1965 en nog nooit in dictatoriale landen belegd

Ze zijn al 'delisted', behalve natuurlijk in Moskou.

En als ik het goed lees, mocht je het allemaal voor elkaar krijgen om de aandelen over te plaatsen naar gazrpom bank.
ze omzetten en verkopen is onmogelijk en moet je naar gazprom bank gaan voor indentificatie !

Announcement for the attention of the holders of the depositary receipts issued for PJSC Gazprom shares

Dear DR Holder,

On 16 April 2022, Federal Law No. 114-FZ was enacted providing that with effect from 27 April 2022:

1) any circulation of depositary receipts representing shares in PJSC Gazprom (the "DRs" and "Shares", respectively) outside of the Russian Federation shall be terminated;

2) no DR holder shall have voting rights or receive any dividends;

3) the right to receive Shares upon DR conversion may be exercised only by a DR holder that has this status as of 27 April 2022.

On 29 April 2022, PJSC Gazprom submitted an instruction to The Bank of New York Mellon to terminate the Deposit Agreement and close the DR Programmes.

Therefore, you are hereby notified of the procedure for conversion of the DRs and provision of the Shares to DR holders hat had their status as of 27 April 2022.

In order to arrange for the DR conversion into Shares we suggest that you decide on your further actions taking into account the following options.

Upon surrendering the DRs for conversion, the Shares may be credited to your account (the "Account" [1])

1) opened with a foreign depositary acting as a foreign nominee and holding a securities account at a Russian depositary
or
2) opened with a Russian depositary

Please be informed that if your securities account is held with a foreign depositary acting as a foreign nominee and holding a securities account with a Russian depositary, your presence, or the presence of your representative acting under a power of attorney, in the Russian Federation, including for the purposes of your identification under Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 115-FZ dated 07 August 2001 "On Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing" (the "Russian AML/CFT Law"), concluding an agreement, or making a transaction through the securities account, IS NOT REQUIRED.

In order to convert your DRs into the Shares you will need to perform the following actions:

Step 1. Contact your broker or the depositary maintaining records with respect to your DRs, and initiate the procedure to de-register your DRs and transfer the same to the following account with the Depository Trust Company (DT?):

Settlement Option 2: receiving the Shares on a securities account with the Gazprombank depositary

Gazprombank acts as the Custodian under the Custody Agreement with BNY Mellon concluded as part of PJSC Gazprom’s DR Programme. To receive shares on the holder’s securities account opened with Gazprombank’s depositary, please complete the TRANSMITTAL LETTER (guidelines for Settlement Option 2 are attached hereto)

Step 3. Send the instruction to accept the Shares to the Russian or foreign depositary where you have the account to maintain record of the Shares.

If you choose Settlement Option 1, please specify in the instruction to accept the Shares the reference number indicated in the settlement details (your depositary should provide it to you).

If you do not have an account to receive the Shares, Gazprombank (www.gazprombank.ru/en) acting as the Custodian under the Custody Agreement with BNY Mellon concluded as part of the DR Programme in accordance with the resolution of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors dated 29 April 2022 offers DR holders who are non-residents of the Russian Federation to open a Type “C” securities account for receiving the Shares and a bank account Type “C” for crediting dividends paid on the Shares, following a simplified procedure.

To open a securities account, DR-holder being non-resident of the Russian Federation need to complete a client application (the “client application”) (the client application form – an individual – a foreign national or a stateless person and the client application form – a legal entity, a foreign entity without establishing a legal entity are attached hereto).

After completing the client application, you should sign it, scan or photograph it and send the scanned copy or the photograph of the completed and signed client application to the following email address: depo@gazprombank.ru.

After the client application is accepted, you will have a Type “C” securities owner account for maintaining record of securities and a Type “C” bank account for crediting dividends paid on the Shares. The details of the Type “C” securities account and the Type “C” bank account opened with Gazprombank will be sent to the email address specified by you in the client application within 3 business days from the date of their opening.

You should enter the details sent to you for the transfer of the Shares in the TRANSMITTAL LETTER and initiate the conversion of DRs into Shares under Settlement Option 2.

The regime for the securities account and bank account opened by you was established by resolution of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors dated 29 April 2022 and provides for a limited list of crediting/debiting operations with securities and money.

1. Open een depot account bij gazprombank
2. Stuur een briefje naar je broker dat ze de adrs moeten doorsturen maar DTC
3. Vul 2 documenten in en stuur ze naar New York Mellon Bank
4. Accepteer de russische aandelen in je gazprombank account.

Zoals kees dat al roept sinds dit weekend.

Dat is voor later. je kunt nu al je adrs omzetten en binnen enkele dagen staan de gazprom aandelen in je eigen type C depot account en ben je eigenaar van je gazprom aandelen en kun je ook dividend ontvangen.

Al die verhalen van "onteigining" zijn onwaar. Je blijft eigenaar van je gazprom aandelen die per adr nu 6,43 euro waard zijn.

Sowieso kun je tot nader order niet handelen op de beurs dus je hoeft ook niet naar moskou toe, dat is voor latere zorg. En dat kan ook door "vertegenwoordiging".
