Textile group Rubelli S.p.A. (I) launches new customer experience engine with LOFT technology
NedGraphics enables Rubelli to offer unique customer services and sales tool
Today NedGraphics announces that it is implementing its LOFT customer experience engine at the leading top quality textile group Rubelli S.p.A. in Italy. Rubelli will deploy the technology in order to facilitate and enhance the relationship with its agents, designers and resellers by offering them an online showroom experience, which they can access to create their customers’ real environment and specifications in a highly visible manner – anytime, anywhere.
Rubelli and NedGraphics have worked together over the past twenty years in the field of CAD CAM technology. At the time of the launch of LOFT in 2009, Rubelli expressed an interest in being a launching customer in order to support their vision and strategy in the textile industry. The company recognizes that in addition to supplying top level textile products in terms of quality and creativity, they must support their customers – resellers and agents – in their sales and marketing processes. The LOFT customer experience engine allows Rubelli to offer a showroom experience anytime, anywhere with the full collection, offer customers the ability to demonstrate various textiles on the customer’s desired real object through the unique LOFT 3D scan technology and extend their client services offering with tools to offer superb imaginations of their full range of textile on any object of choice to their end clients.
