This goes to credibility. They said three years ago this would be done in a year. They said in February it was "imminent", now nothing, nothing , nothing.

Again, you have to be much more specific what 'this' and 'it' is.
You content that the "imminent" event turned out to have not have happened yet. We have hence again to assume here that with 'it', you refer to the submission process for Germany (see below in the 2009 report).
However, it is likely that this submission is not released in a individual PR. Look for instance to the submission for Switzerland. It was pre-announced in the Q408 report, and in Q109 is was reported as actually done (see PRs below). There was NO seperate PR inbetween to announce this indivual submission.
So, it is quite likely that this German application, which was imminent on feb. 9, has indeed happened, and will be announced in the Q1 2010 press release, in May. Just as for the Swiss application in 09. This could be potentially devastating for your piece of mind, I know.
Apart from that is the actual registration for Switzerland, which is expected sometime this year. Since Crucell included this in the expected news flow, we can expect a seperate PR for this, deemed more important, event.
From Q408 report in feb 2009:

Pipeline Update:
Flavimun® - Live Attenuated Yellow Fever Vaccine: Registration submission of the Yellow Fever vaccine in Switzerland and Germany is expected in the first quarter of 2009.

From Q109 report in may 2009:
[quote=Crucell]
Pipeline Update:
Flavimun® - Live Attenuated Yellow Fever Vaccine: Flavimun® was submitted for registration in Switzerland in March 2009. Submission in Germany is expected before the end of 2009.

From 2009 report in feb 2010:
[quote=Crucell]
Flavimun® - Live Attenuated Yellow Fever Vaccine (Phase III): Flavimun® was submitted for registration in Switzerland in March 2009. Submission in Germany is imminent.

Hoping you can still make it till the Q1 report in May,
Maxen.
