1. An amendment to our articles of incorporation to increase our authorized shares of common stock from 5,000,000,000 to 10,000,000,000.

An amendment to our articles of incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our common stock by a ratio of not less than 1-for-100 and not more than 1-for-500 at any time prior to the one year anniversary of filing the definitive information statement with respect to the reverse split, with the Board of Directors having the discretion as to whether or not the reverse split is to be effected, and with the exact ratio of any reverse split to be set at a whole number within the above range as determined by the Board in its discretion.

Ik ben ook enigzins sceptisch. Aan de ene kant goed dat ze naar de grote markt willen, maar jammer dat het zo moet.
Maar ze hebben wel gezegd in 2022 in productie te willen gaan toch? Dus misschien behouden ze positief nieuws tot de reverse split of kinkt dat gek?

Als ze een stap willen maken naar Nasdaq/NYSE, dan moeten ze toch wel iets te bieden hebben: een plan, een visie, een product dat op grote schaal werkt en rendabel is en eventueel al klanten.
Anders heeft een opwaardering geen zin en zal na de reverse het aandeel kelderen.

Dus ik verwacht (hoop op) nieuws vwb commercialisering met parallel een reverse voor een intrede NYSE/Nasdaq.

Overname wordt ook gespeculeerd...

SunHydrogen Expands Industrial Partnerships in Scale-Up Process for its Nanoparticle-Based Green Hydrogen Technology

SANTA BARBARA, CA – February 1, 2022 – SunHydrogen, Inc. (OTC:HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and water, today provided an update on the progress and strategy of the scale-up process for its nanoparticle-based green hydrogen technology.

In February of 2021, SunHydrogen announced its partnership with SCHMID Group of Freudenstadt, Germany to design and define a process platform that enables mass manufacturing of SunHydrogen's nanoparticle-based green hydrogen panels. The partnership initially focused on three key development stages: design evaluation, process evaluation and system engineering.

Through the collaboration, SunHydrogen and SCHMID identified key manufacturing needs in the areas of electroplating chemistries, substrate processing and membrane and catalyst integration that require collaboration with specialized industry partners.

SunHydrogen is pleased to share that its partnership with SCHMID Group will continue in 2022 with a narrowed focus.

SCHMID will focus its efforts on the design and engineering of SunHydrogen's panel housing, a crucial system element that ensures safe and efficient hydrogen collection. Concurrently, SunHydrogen will seek to diversify its commercialization strategy by forming relationships with industrial partners specialized in individual manufacturing components such as electroplating, substrate processing and catalyst/membrane integration.

At this time, SunHydrogen will continue its ongoing work with development partners InRedox and MSC Co. LTD in the areas of substrate manufacturing and electroplating chemistries, respectively. The company has also found a new partner in Geomatec, a high-performance thin-film manufacturer based in Japan, who will work alongside InRedox to facilitate SunHydrogen’s transition to large-scale substrate manufacturing.

Since assuming the role of Chief Scientific Officer, I have worked to expand SunHydrogen’s scientific operations and research capabilities to scale our nanoparticle technology. Today, I am proud to say that SunHydrogen is on track to demonstrate a production-quality prototype of its nanoparticle-based green hydrogen technology.

SunHydrogen started 2022 with the addition of a new research and development laboratory in Coralville, Iowa, to fuel its goal of scaling up fabrication of its nanoparticle hydrogen generator units by the end of the 2022 fiscal year. We hired several new senior engineers and chemists and are in the process of streamlining manufacturing operations, a task made more accessible by increasing our personnel.

SunHydrogen is also excited to report positive interim product development progress for the months of January and February. We have successfully validated the manufacturability of our growth substrates and deposition recipes at scales needed for production-quality prototype demonstration.

We are currently trying to resolve supply chain challenges with some of our feedstocks and anticipate full resolution by early May. We are also finalizing research partnerships with external membrane and catalyst developers to integrate these elements into the architecture of our nanoparticle-based hydrogen generator units.

SunHydrogen’s sponsored research agreements with the University of Iowa and the University of Michigan are ongoing, with the potential for additional research and product development milestones during the second half of 2022.

Our plan for the remainder of 2022 is to build on this progress with multiple production-quality prototype demonstrations by the end of the year.

SunHydrogen Engages Elite Scientist Dr. Arthur J. Nozik as Scientific Adviser

SANTA BARBARA, CA – May 10, 2022 – SunHydrogen, Inc. (OTC: HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and water, today announced the appointment of Dr. Arthur J. Nozik, a distinguished leader in photoelectrochemistry, semiconductor nanoscience and additional closely related fields, as Scientific Adviser to the company.

A Senior Research Fellow Emeritus of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and a Research Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Dr. Nozik will work directly with Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Syed Mubeen and Director of Technology Dr. Joun Lee to evaluate SunHydrogen’s overall strategy and technique as the company works toward commercializing its nanoparticle-based green hydrogen technology.

Dr. Nozik earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 1959 and his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Yale University in 1967.

Through his career at NREL (formerly the Solar Energy Research Institute), he has established himself as a leader in the fields of photoelectrochemistry, semiconductor-molecule interfaces, quantum size effects, hot electron relaxation dynamics and multiple exciton generation in semiconductor quantum wells, quantum dots, quantum wires and nanostructures, and applications of this science to improve solar photon conversion technologies.

Prior to NREL, Dr. Nozik held research positions at the Allied Chemical Corporation and the American Cyanamid Company, where efforts were focused on bringing emerging technologies and solutions to commercialization.

“From the start of my career, I have been extremely interested in and focused on exactly what SunHydrogen is doing,” said Dr. Nozik. “I’m hopeful that I can contribute to SunHydrogen’s success in bringing this unique solution to the market.”

Dr. Nozik has published over 270 peer-reviewed papers, proceedings, books and book chapters. He has been cited over 47,000 times, presented over 380 invited talks and has been awarded 11 U.S. patents and numerous honors for his work.

Additionally, Dr. Nozik serves as a bi-annual consultant for Samsung, evaluating proposals from external scientists in the fields of solar energy, quantum-computing, electronics and more to determine if they are scientifically sound and suitable for integration with Samsung.

Weer een slimme man erbij.
Ik ben twee weken geleden eruit gestapt en verlies genomen. Resterend bedrag helemaal in Sayona Mining geduwd en hoop iets van mijn verlies te compenseren. Of ik ooit nog zolang HYSR een OTC-er is kan instappen, weet ik niet. Ik heb mijn account bij Saxo (voorheen BinckBank) opgezegd ivm hoge kosten daar. Ga alles via DeGiro handelen. Flatex heb ik ook nog, maar die gaan ook in Nederland stoppen en mijn portefeuille wordt tzt overgeheveld naar DeGiro. En volgens mij doet DeGiro niet aan OTC's.
Dan maar wachten op een reverse-split, waarna ze tzt naar de Nasdaq kunnen en bereikbaar zijn voor meerdere brokers waaronder DeGiro.
Blijf HYSR wel volgen, natuurlijk.

SunHydrogen Shares Q2 Update on Progress Toward 2022 Milestones for Commercialization of its Nanoparticle-Based Green Hydrogen Technology

SANTA BARBARA, CA – June 28, 2022 – SunHydrogen, Inc. (OTC: HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and water, today provided a Q2 update on the company’s progress toward multiple planned 2022 milestones.

On March 28, SunHydrogen shared a Q1 update detailing the developmental milestones required for a production-quality prototype of the company’s nanoparticle-based green hydrogen technology by the end of Q4 2022. These targets included:

Successful fabrication of semiconductor units at production-quality prototype scales

Successful integration of membranes at production-quality prototype scales

Successful integration of catalysts at production-quality prototype scales

Successful testing and demonstration of production-quality prototype units

SunHydrogen is pleased to share that it remains on track to demonstrate a production-quality prototype of its nanoparticle-based green hydrogen technology by the end of Q4 2022.

“Our foremost achievement this quarter was the successful fabrication of one of our two proprietary semiconductor units at production-quality prototype scale,” said Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Syed Mubeen. “We have thoroughly tested its ability for hydrogen production using sunlight and water containing organics derived from biomass resources.”

The company is still working to resolve the supply chain challenges that have delayed fabrication of its second proprietary semiconductor unit. However, its scientific team has identified an alternate strategy utilizing commercially available silicon solar cells with heterojunction technology, and initial attempts have shown promise.

SunHydrogen has also made progress on membrane integration and is currently working with two industrial partners, Ionomr Innovations and Chromis Technologies, to integrate both proton exchange membranes (PEM) and anion exchange membranes (AEM) into its proprietary substrates and evaluate performance metrics for sustainable hydrogen production.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Ionomr Innovations develops advanced ion-exchange membranes and polymers, enabling product developers and integrators to optimize their product performance, improve durability, eliminate toxic components, increase recyclability and accelerate down the cost curve earlier than expected.

New Jersey-based Chromis Technologies manufactures custom amorphous fluoropolymers to deliver optimal performance for myriad high-value specialty applications and has a proven track record of success and innovation spanning over two decades.

Additionally, SunHydrogen is working with new industrial partners Optimum Anode of California and RuC2N of South Korea, as well as with existing partner the University of Michigan, to achieve successful catalyst integration and identify the best catalyst for hydrogen and oxygen production.

Lastly, SunHydrogen continues to work with SCHMID Group of Germany to design and engineer its panel housing, a critical system element that ensures safe and efficient hydrogen collection. The company’s nanoparticle-based hydrogen generators, integrated with membrane and catalyst, will be housed in production-quality prototype units for hydrogen demonstration purposes.
