Dat ze dan met serieus nieuws uitkomen en voor zijn op dat negatief nieuws. Als ze dan ook vertrouwen kweken en zelf aandelen inkopen. Maar ze doen gewoon totaal niks voor hun aandeelhouders. We hadden beter niet gestemd dan moesten ze wel smeken en iets doen , nu kunnen ze hun gang gaan tot ze alles opgebrast hebben.

Het is volgens mij bewust dat er niets gedaan wordt door management; het bedrijf heeft weinig ervaring met dit soort situaties en weet dat een klein beetje goed nieuws de koers flink zal opstuwen zodat deze wellicht "over the top" zal gaan. Wellicht is dit ook een reden dat management zelf geen aandelen meer koopt omdat zij weten wat er aan staat te komen en dat dit wordt gezien als voorkennis in dit stadium.
Wat mij betreft nog even wachten op goed nieuws-show.
Tegen einde van de middag zal koers zeker weer gaan toenemen omdat vandaag veel dagtrayders zijn uitgestapt die morgen om 8 uur niet zonder aandelen willen zitten.
Ik verwacht dat koers vanavond nog op € 4,50 komt. En zo niet dan morgen wel. Ik heb nog pakket ingeslagen op € 4,16 ( en heb hierop op dit moment weer 2 cent winst). Alle beetjes helpen.

Liquidity Agreement Monthly Update and Total Voting Rights
Paris, France and Camberley, UK - 1 December 2021 - Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, announces its monthly update in relation to ordinary shares traded under its ongoing liquidity agreement with Invest Securities SA (the "Liquidity Agreement"). The Liquidity Agreement is governed by French law and is further summarised in the 'notes for editors' section below.
During the period from 1 November to 30 November 2021, Invest Securities purchased 4,272 ordinary shares at a maximum price of €5.10 and a minimum price of €2.58 and sold 7,148 ordinary shares at a maximum price of €5.41 and a minimum price of €2.61 under the Liquidity Agreement. The total number of ordinary shares in the Company, which are held in treasury as at close of business on 30 November 2021, is 10,403.
Total Voting Rights
The total number of ordinary shares in the Company is 70,626,248. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company pursuant to Article L. 223-7 of the French Commercial Code and the Company's Articles. The Company is not subject to the disclosure guidance and transparency rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority under Part VI of FSMA.

Further information on the Liquidity Agreement
On 12 September 2016, the Company and Invest Securities entered into the Liquidity Agreement pursuant to which Invest Securities provides liquidity services in relation to the ordinary shares to the Company. Invest Securities may purchase ordinary shares on behalf of the Company under the agreement, subject to approval from Shareholders as to the price at which ordinary shares can be brought back and the aggregate amount that the Company may provide to Invest Securities to purchase such ordinary shares.
Shareholder approval was granted at the Shareholders' meeting held on 29 September 2020 for the purchase of ordinary shares by Invest Securities under the agreement at a maximum purchase price per ordinary shares of €12.00 for an aggregate maximum purchase price of €200,000 and for 18 months from the date of the approval. Under the agreement, Invest Securities must act completely independently of the Company and the Company must not communicate with the employees of Invest Securities who are responsible for performing the agreement. Invest Securities is paid €10,000 per annum for its services under the liquidity agreement. The agreement has an initial term of two years, with a rolling extension of one year thereafter. The agreement can be terminated by either party at the end of each such period subject to two months' prior notice. The Liquidity Agreement is governed by French law. Ordinary shares purchased by Invest Securities are either cancelled or held as treasury shares (which are non-voting and do not rank for dividends).

zo maar eens een pluk kopen voor een uurtje !
Nou.. iedereen die een pluk heeft gekocht (incl. mezelf) gaat dieper in het rood. Wat een dag, door de 4 heen zakken zou wel treurig zijn.
Gvd en ik daarstraks twijfelen novacyt of odx te kopen. Mijn order odx stond al klaar.
Maar toch geanulleerd en ncyt gekozen omdat franze beurs minder beurskosten heeft.

Alle speculanten er weer uit. Blijft moeilijk om dat moment voor te zijn.

neen ,thx .Waar ik wel van smul is SESN ,,,daarvan heb ik al 3 aankopen gedaan en zit nu aan een gemiddelde van 1.07 ,koers staat er 1.09
Hier verwacht ik nog heeeeeeeeeeelllllll veeeeeeeeeeeuuuuuuulllllll
iets eerder tevreden met 17 cent + per aandeel!
ha, hier nu 20 cent gepakt (gisteren was ik te gretig om 25 te pakken).
