symptom burden findings of Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease Type1A ("CMT1A") from
the ‘Real-World' Digital Lifestyle Study, CMT&Me, in the Journal of Clinical
Neuromuscular Disease ("JCNMD").

CMT&Me is a real-world, observational, non-interventional, digital lifestyle
study launched in October 2018 for a duration of 5 years, both in Europe and
the US, where self-reported data from patients with CMT, all subtypes
including CMT1A, are collected on a regular basis. The objective of the study
is to better understand the impact of the disease on patients' daily lives and
help them manage their condition and treatment, as well as raise awareness and
assess the value of potential new treatments. This study is managed by the
company Vitaccess in collaboration with patient advocacy groups and key
opinion leaders in the field, with the support of Pharnext.

The findings on patients with the 1A subtype of CMT (CMT1A) showed that
patient-reported symptoms burden is high, with study participants' registering
difficulties using limbs, fatigue, pain, and impaired quality of life. Burden
severity appears to differ across the population, possibly driven by
differences in rehabilitative and prescription-based interventions, and
country-specific health care variability.

Symptoms ranked with highest importance were weakness in the extremities,
difficulty in walking, and fatigue. Almost half of study participants
experienced a worsening of symptom severity following diagnosis. Anxiety and
depression were each reported by over one-third of participants in the study
and use of rehabilitative interventions, medications, and orthotics or walking
aids was high.

progression, enabling more insightful conversations when meeting with their

patients and providers with the goal of empowering patients to advocate for
their healthcare needs and for providers to be cognizant of the need for
comprehensive interprofessional care over the entire disease course that
connects patients to other professionals including rehab specialists, foot and
ankle surgeons and health psychologists."

About the Digital Lifestyle Survey CMT&Me

Started in 2018 and conducted over a five-year period in the US and Europe,
the CMT&Me digital lifestyle study enabled patients with Charcot-Marie-Tooth
diseases to report via an app how their condition affects their quality of

About Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease Type 1A (‘CMT1A')

Charcot-Marie-Tooth (‘CMT') disease encompasses a heterogeneous group of
inherited, severe, debilitating, progressive and chronic peripheral
neuropathies. CMT1A, the most common type of CMT, is an orphan disease with a
prevalence of 1/5000 people affecting about 150,000 people in Europe and the
U.S. and about 1,500,000 people worldwide. The genetic mutation responsible
for CMT1A is a duplication of the PMP22 gene coding for a peripheral myelin
protein. The duplication of this gene results in overexpression of the PMP22
protein and failure of Schwann cells to produce normal myelin (neuronal
sheath). The lack of a normal myelin structure and function leads to abnormal
peripheral nerve conduction and axonal loss. As a result of peripheral nerve
degradation, patients suffer from progressive muscle atrophy in both the legs
and arms causing problems with walking, running and balance as well as
abnormal hand functioning. They might also suffer from mild to moderate
sensory disorders. First symptoms usually appear during adolescence and will
progressively evolve throughout life. Patients with the most severe form of
CMT1A end up in wheelchairs, representing at least 5% of cases. To date, no
curative or symptomatic medications have been approved and treatment consists
of supportive care such as orthotics, leg braces, physical and occupational

0.0004, en dat terwijl we 2 maanden geleden (8 augustus) nog 0.0079 stonden met ruim 900 miljoen aandelen.

Op die dag waren er 2 169 242 677 aandelen in omloop of beurswaarde van ruim 17 miljoen euro, ondertussen haalden ze nog enkele miljoenen op en steeg het aantal aandelen tot 4 687 008 987 maar daalde de beurswaarde tot onder de 2 miljoen euro.
Op 28 juni plakte men nog een waarde van 267.4 miljoen euro op het bedrijf.

Vandaag tikte de koers enkele keren de 0,0001 aan.
Daar stonden 1,5 miljard aandelen in het biedboek.
Maar daaronder niets, geen koers lager dan 0,0001 beschikbaar.
Ben wel benieuwd wat er gaat gebeuren.

Pharnext lijkt dezelfde weg te belopen als Spineway en Cybergun. Nu ook nog Neovacs bij de financiering van Pharnext is betrokken is het meest onbetrouwbare fonds wat je maar kunt maken. Eind oktober een consolidatie van 1 op 5.000 en daarna zeer waarschijnlijk binnen 1 jaar weer opnieuw. Dit zoals in de eerder genoemde fondsen. Deze complexe financieringen vallen niet meer onder het toezicht van de AFM. Succes!

Goedemorgen, Pharnext aandeel van 5000 naar 1 aandeel. Hebben we niets aan kon eerder vanaf 0,0001 cent makkelijk naar veel hoger
ging dagelijks vam 1 naar 2 dus 100% maar dat zie ik nu niet gebeuren. Volgens mij nu alleen maar down, of ze moeten echt met een medicein komen.

"In een poging om het operationele toezicht en de financiële stabiliteit te vergroten, heeft Pharnext zijn wettelijk kader gewijzigd van een naamloze vennootschap naar een commanditaire vennootschap op aandelen, na goedkeuring door de aandeelhouders. Pharnext Développement, een naamloze vennootschap gecontroleerd door Neovacs (met Hugo Brugière als voorzitter), zal de enige beherende vennoot zijn met de bestaande aandeelhouders als stille vennoten. Dit volgt op de toezegging van Neovacs in januari 2022 om liquiditeitssteun te verlenen aan Pharnext (tot € 24 miljoen tot december 2023 bij Euribor +12%) om lead asset PXT3003 te ontwikkelen naar definitieve gegevensuitlezingen (verwacht in Q423). gekocht rapport zodat de equity-line weer aandelen kan dumpen.

Koers in paar dagen van €1,70 naar 5ct.
En mensen zijn weer voor vele miljoenen euro`s genaaid.

Wellicht dat die genoemde waarde er ooit in zit.
Maar het bedrijf verbrandt geld als water.
En de vraag is of ze dat kunnen blijven financieren.

Een partner die die financiering oppikt zal dus een fors deel van de koek willen.

Sinds de laatste r/s hielden ze redelijk stand, maar de laatste dagen is het precies als vroeger.
3 weken geleden had het bedrijf een beurswaarde van bijna 5 miljoen en vandaag geraken ze nog niet aan de 250.000.
Heb er terug wat binnen aan 0.0013 en nu wachten op het volgende persbericht voor de volgende ontploffing.
