Nederlands initiatief. Ik heb nog nooit eerder bitcoins of soortgelijks gekocht, maar deze ICO doe ik wel aan mee. Waarom?

1) De CombiCoin fungeert als een soort tracker van de top 30 coins. Dit diversifieert het risico aanzienlijk. Voor de index beleggers een interessante optie om mee te doen met de cryptocurrency opkomst.
2) Hun Tria tokens, die ze alleen verschaffen aan diegene die meedoen aan de ICO, geeft recht op dividenden. Hun arbitrage software, als het winst genereert, keert de helft aan winsten uit als dividenden aan de Tria tokens houders. Je profiteert dus echt van hun succes. Arbitrage is nog een onbekend fenomeen op de crypto exchanges, die erg inefficient zijn. Belooft dus wat!

De ICO loopt tot einde deze maand. Ze zijn al goed op weg met fund raising.

target van 2 miljoen hebben ze gehaald intussen. Nog een paar dagen om wat extra op te halen. Mensen die nu nog inschrijven verkrijgen het recht op Tria tokens, daarna zijn die tokens gefixed.

Combicoin lijkt me prima.
Bankera doet me toch sterk denken aan een ponzi scheme. Ze keren iedere week dividend uit. dat moet dan komen van de inleg van nieuwe inschrijvers, want die bank wordt pas in 2019? een beetje operationeel.

De ICO van CombiCoin (http://combicoin.co) is geslaagd. Met de tijdelijk lage prijzen lijkt nu het goede moment te investeren in CombiCoins, zodat de coins die terugveren meteen tot winst leiden.

Vanaf begin volgend jaar zal er arbitragesoftware zijn die market making pleegt, zodat de marktprijs van CombiCoins nooit ver van de intrinsieke waarde af zal liggen.

CombiCoin: Niet veiliger, wel praktisch

In augustus werd CombiCoin gelanceerd, een cryptomunt die gebaseerd is op de waarde van de dertig grootste digitale valuta. Het idee was om zo de risico’s te spreiden en beleggen in crypto’s veliger maken. Maar dat doet de CombiCoin niet.

De reden die zij daarvoor geven is omdat er niet genoeg spreiding en diversiteit in de dertig cryptomunten zit. Ze hebben gekeken naar de correlatie tussen de verschillende digitale valuta en daaruit bleek dat deze zeer sterk samenhangen met elkaar. Oftewel: Als de een daalt, dan daalt de rest ook.

En aangezien de koersen van cryptomunten enorm op en neer gaan, zal de CombiCoin dit ook doen. Het feit dat ze de munten bij elkaar hebben gestopt in één mandje zal daarbij niet veel uitmaken. Alleen in theorie is de CombiCoin stabieler dan individuele crypto’s.
ICO haalt 2,2 miljoen dollar op

Triaconta, het bedrijf achter de CombiCoin, haalde de afgelopen maand bijna 2,2 miljoen dollar op via hun initial coin offering. Dit is, zoals businessinsider het mooi omschrijft, de cryptovariant van een crowdfundingcampagne.

Dat is voldoende om de CombiCoin op de markt te brengen, want Triaconta had een doelbedrag van 2 miljoen dollar. Het laat ook zien dat veel mensen toch in de digitale verzamelmunt geloven.

De CombiCoin heeft wel een voordeel: wie breed wil investeren in de markt, hoeft niet meer dertig verschillende munten te kopen. Daarmee is de CombiCoin vooral een praktische cryptomunt, maar niet per se veiliger.

Originally the first profit share distribution was planned for February 2018 with a forecast between $ 0.05 to $ 0.11 per TRIA Token. We are happy to announce that the first profit share distribution will take place by the end of this week and the profit share will be $0.1478 per TRIA Token and will be paid out in Ethereum directly to the address holding the TRIA tokens. TRIA Token profit share - January

For the profit share period from 16-12-2017 until 15-01-2018 the following amount of profit share per TRIA Token has been realised.

This profit share period will close on 15-01-2018.

TRIA Token blockchain snapshot

On 15-01-2018 the TRIA Token snapshot will be taken. Please make sure that you do not have TRIA Tokens on a smart contract. Profit share send to a smart contract might not reach you and we will only send the profit share once!

Due to very high transaction cost and Ethereum price, profit share can only be distributed when the profit share to be send exceeds the transaction costs. At this moment that is around 4 TRIA Tokens minimum.

AFM Clarification

After our statement yesterday we noticed that there are many assumption being made that aren’t correct.

The AFM has not forced us to stop our activities, but the meeting we had with them last Monday (8th of January 2018) made us decide (based on the advice from our attorneys) that it’s best to restructure our organisation. That’s why we temporarily suspended our sales activities and take time for this restructuring procedure. Part of this restructuring will also enable the buy-back program of CombiCoins, starting the 8th of February.

We expect to finish the restructuring procedure within 2 months. With the new structure we believe Triaconta is more future-proof for continuing her operations without the need of a license from the AFM.

We expect that the February profit share for TRIA Token holders to stay on the same level as before, because customers will be able to sell their CombiCoins to us directly generating profit for TRIA Tokens. Next to that we expect the March profit share to sharply increase thanks to both selling and buying CombiCoins directly.

Since our announcement we already received more than 100 registrations of customers that want to buy CombiCoin as soon as it is available again.

Buy-Back update

We expect to launch the Buy-Back feature on our website on 8-2-2018. This feature allows you to “convert” your CombiCoins to the same value in Ethereum. Eg. if you send us 15.000 USD in CombiCoins our trading software will sell the assets backing these CombiCoins and send the proceeds in Ethereum back to the same ETH wallet.

The buy-back possibility will start on 8-2-2018 and will be open from then on. You can choose to sell a part of your CombiCoins or all of them.

We will make tutorials on our website how to send CombiCoins to us and how to convert ETH to EURO or USD.

TRIA Token profit share - January

For the profit share period from 16-12-2017 until 15-01-2018 the following amount of profit share per TRIA Token has been realised.

This profit share is now finalised, it will be distributed this week when the transaction fees are low. You can go here to see the list of TRIA Token holding ETH wallets and the exact amount of profit share to be distributed.

Restructuring update #2

Together with our attorneys we are now investigating how the new structure between Triaconta BV and CombiCoin Foundation should be. What we mean by this is that we are now determining how Triaconta BV and CombiCoin Foundation will work together, by doing this in a specific way will make sure that we do not meet any of the criteria that are in the WFT (law of financial supervision).

This new structure will allow us to continue all of our operations. Our attorneys expect to have this new structure finished by the end of January. As soon as we know more we will share this with you in the CombiCoin weekly.

Buy back feature

The buy back feature is currently in the testing phase and is planned for launch on the 8th of February. Our software, that will sell the assets backing your CombiCoins, will be connected to 5 exchanges when launched. This to make sure that we will get the best price possible for the assets backing it. In the future we will increase the number of exchanges that our software is connected to.

Just to clarify, this buy back feature will be available from the 8th of February. This doesn’t mean that it is only available on the 8th of February, but that it will be available from that moment on. After the buy back feature is live, you as a CombiCoin holder will be able to sell your CombiCoins whenever you want.

New structure update

We have received feedback from our attorneys how the CombiCoin foundation and Triaconta should interact in a manner that does not require regulatory supervision. We are currently processing this information and are trying to find a way how to incorporate this in our way of working.

Before we are able to announce the exact manner how we will implement this, we will need to have a meeting with the AFM. As soon as there is anything to report we will let you know.
