Volgens mij is er in januari ook een moment dat een groep aandeelhouders van het eerste uur zijn aandelen mag verkopen. Dit brengt wat onzekerheid met zich mee, daarnaast hebben ze in het verleden wel een ietwat dubieuze rol gehad binnen opdrachten van de Amerikaanse overheid. Ik zou me zo voor kunnen stellen dat dit ervoor zorgt dat bepaalde mensen hun handen er nu vanaf houden. Zeker ook gezien het feit dat Biden nu president wordt en het maar weer afwachten is hoe dat gaat met een door de Democraten beheerste politiek

Insiders hebben vooral opties gekocht… Een teken dat er koerstriggers komen...

Ok....ARK making moves into PLTR last week. Alex Karp, Stephen Cohen, and Peter Theil are all buying PLTR shares. Announcing 1-2 new multi million contracts every week to 10 days and heavy options interests with the Feb. 19 strike 27 puts and calls with 9.61% short interest on the float. Somebody is going to be extremely happy, IMHO, and somebody is going to be extremely sad. Just can't understand why Cathie Woods, Alex Karp, Stephen Cohen, and Peter Theil are all buying PLTR unless they anticipate positive movement in the coming days/weeks. Hope that is the case.

Three Indications Of Unusual Options Activity

One way options market activity can be considered unusual is when volume is exceptionally higher than its historical average. The volume of options activity refers to the number of contracts traded over a given time period. The number of unsettled contracts that have been traded, but not yet closed, is called open interest. These contracts are not yet closed because a buyer has not purchased the contract, or a seller has not sold it.

Another indicator of unusual options activity is the trading of a contract with an expiration date in the distant future. Additional time until a contract expires generally increases the potential for it to grow its time value and reach its strike price. It is important to consider time value because it represents the difference between the strike price and the value of the underlying asset.

Contracts that are "out of the money" are also indicative of unusual options activity. "Out of the money" contracts occur when the underlying price is under the strike price on a call option, or above the strike price on a put option. These trades are made with the expectation that the value of the underlying asset is going to change dramatically in the future, and buyers and sellers will benefit from a greater profit margin.

Heeft niet alleen te maken met demo day, vooral ook omdat het opdracht na opdracht binnenhaalde en het aandeel nog breed bekend moest worden. Als 1 schaap over de dam is...Heb ik voorspeld (zie boven). Einde jaar staat het op 50 en het blijft groeien. Op de plank ermee.

Wat vinden jullie een realistisch koersdoel voor over 5 jaar? Steeds vaker hoor je sinds de hype steeds wildere geluiden, maar ik ben op zoek naar onderbouwde inschattingen. Meeste wat ik hoor is $150-$500, maar niet erg sterk onderbouwd.

Het mooiste zou zijn wanneer de software van Pal idd op bedrijfscomputers - oplopend in aantal- wordt geïnstalleerd als interface en besturingssysteem voor de meeste big-data-taken van het bedrijfsleven en autoriteiten. Dan is $500 haalbaar.

De grote vraag is: wat doet de concurrentie, wat kunnen ze doen? Hoe voorlijk is Pal?
