(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Aegon heeft een aandeleninkoopprogramma ter waarde van 50 miljoen euro afgerond. Dit meldde de Nederlandse verzekeraar dinsdag voorbeurs.

Aegon kocht de eigen aandelen in voor het compensatieplan voor het bestuur.

De inkoop startte op 7 januari en liep tot en met 24 januari. De verzekeraar kocht 10.158.360 aandelen in voor een gemiddelde koers van 4,92 euro per aandeel.

Aegon zal de aandelen aanhouden totdat ze worden uitgekeerd aan bestuursleden die onder het compensatieplan vallen.

Er staat 'compensatieplan' dus zal een compensatie zijn voor iets wat ze te weinig hebben gehad......

Persbericht van 7 januari. is dit een verrijking of werkelijk beloning op langere termijn wegens goeie prestaties.? Voelt wat mij betreft niet erg lekker dividend voor drie jaar klein gehouden., Dividend deel afgenomen vind het raar.

Aardig herstel. Ben benieuwd hoe dit de komende tijd zal gaan zijn. Ik verwacht nog wel wat jojowerk de komende tijd.

Ik ben net even door de 4Q 2021 consensus gelopen welke terug te vinden is op de Aegon.com website. Ik ben blij verrast over het feit dat de verwachtingen elkaar niet echt veel ontlopen. Het verschil tussen de hoogtste en laagste verwachting is in het verleden wel eens hoger geweest.
Indien Aegon de lijn weet voort te zetten van de afgelopen kwartalen verwacht ik dus dat Aegon op ongeveer 0,85 Euro winst per aandeel gaat uitkomen voor 2021. Dit betekent eigenlijk dat ze per eind 2021 al een heel groot deel van de doelstellingen van 2023 hebben gehaald. Wat mij betreft dus een startsein voor een verder verhoging van de Aegon aandelenkoers.
