Heb zojuist de cm.com chatbot + Halo Experience uitgeprobeerd op hun eigen site en moet zeggen dat het niets dan een deceptie betrof. Chatbot op hun eigen site niet geavanceerd en geïntegreerd met alle relevante afdelingen in het bedrijf. De telefonische Halo Experience werkt in het geheel niet, reageert niet op mijn stem en tijdens het inbellen hoorde ik allerlei absurde geluidjes. Werd alleen met een stem welkom geheten, die vervolgens totaal niet reageerde op mijn vragen. Hebben jullie ook deze ervaring met hun eigen producten op hun eigen site?
