Patent is niet alleen voor de maak van rhucin maar ook voor toepassing voor talloze andere medicijnen met de dna construct.

Pharmaceutische bedrijven worden normaal gesproken overgenomen op basis van de patenten die zij bezitten en dit bepaald ook mede de waarde van een pharmaceutisch bedrijf.

Zullen de groot beleggers nu ook weer terug komen?
Betekend dit de rode loper voor pharming in de us?

het patent is in bezit van gtc en niet van pharming.

Vanochtend staat Pharm op 20 eucent in mijn ING-depot,
jammer dat de werkelijkheid anders is en maar 14 eucent :-(
Maar toch was het heel eventje, YES <> lekker wakker worden.
Dan nu maar een bakkie troost. ;-)

recent announcement by GTC Biotherapeutics, Inc. (GTC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LFB Biotechnologies S.A.S., that it has been granted, amongst others, a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) covering DNA constructs that are being used for the production of any therapeutic protein in the milk of any transgenic animal, and that the broad claims in the patent provide further protection for this transgenic technology to 2027.

What is Ruconest used for?
Ruconest is used to treat attacks of hereditary angioedema in adults (aged 18 years or over).

Op welke manier profiteert Pharming van dat patent van GTCB???

Als GTCB hier inkomsten uit genereert deelt Pharming daar dan in?? dan zou GTCB ook moeten profiteren als Pharming daar inkomsten uit genereert.

Het aanvragen en onderhouden van patenten kost geld, betaald Pharming daarvoor aan GTCB??

Zoals ik het lees kan hiervoor iedereen vanaf +/- 13jaar en ouder in aanmerking komen. Als de arts het in het belang van de patient vindt zal de patient waarschijnlijk in de aangegeven categorie ingedeeld worden.
Denk ik gevoelsmatig.
