Eergisteren veel mijnen verkocht in anticipatie of de vergadering.
Jammer om de overgebleven mijnen te zien dalen, maar dus wel goed geschoten:)

Meteen na het praatje een spike up in zilver en goud en dollar down. Dat klopt ook omdat de FED inflatie wil toelaten. Even later wordt zilver en goud in elkaar gestampt. Hoe kan dat? Ik denk dat er krachten zijn die de edelmetalen perse willen controleren.

De Grey (ASX:DEG) has intercepted high-grade gold at its renowned Hemi discovery, including 19m at 42 grams per tonne from 170m.

Managing director Glenn Jardine, said the result is “the best to date” at Hemi, and had transformed the company’s view of the project’s recently discovered ‘Crow’ intrusion.

“The mineralised footprint at Crow is currently approximately 1,000m by 400m and remains open,” said Jardine. Hemi is located 60km inland from Port Hedland in WA.
Mooie resultaten voor DeGrey!
Al zijn zeker niet alle resultaten goed. Best veel rond de 2 g/t. Wel enkele mooie uitschieters.

@mjmj, vaak wordt rond de fed vergadering goud en zilver in elkaar gestompt. Het is igg vrijwel altijd een mover voor goud en zilver.
Ik denk een korte dip onder de 1900 en erna weer omhoog

Patrick Karim reviews charts of 19 Eric Sprott holdings which are not extended yet, so not many of the big optionality and silver wins he has had, interesting question for all, are you using the pullback mainly to get into the leaders or looking for the stocks which have yet to extend , as here. Voor de korte termijn wellicht wel, maar ik denk dat je gewoon buy & hold kunt toepassen.
De rente blijft nog jaren laag en het tijdperk inflatie gaat nu pas beginnen. De FED heeft vandaag bevestigd dat die aardig mag oplopen.
Goud zal een waardevaste belegging zijn voorlopig.

Enigszins eens dividend collector. Overwegen en onderwegen kan op z'n tijd geen kwaad. Zolang je maar niet alles ineens eruit gooit.

Mijn idee is, corrigeert goud en zilver dan koop ik bij. Als 't stijgt doe ik niks en profiteer ik ook

Zonet EAS bijgekocht aan 0,13. De verkoopdruk is volgens mij een louter gevolg van het uitoefenen van de warrants.
Morgen of volgende week AMDAL-nieuws, waarvan ik wel vermoed dat de koersreactie niet zooo uitbundig zal zijn als sommige op CEO.CA willen laten geloven.

Analisten zeggen dat de uitspraken van Powell gisteren zeer gunstig voor de goudprijs zijn!

Idd je moet natuurlijk weten dat vooral de aandeelhouders zelf op die site berichten posten en zelf liefst een explosie van de sp willen zien . Enige objectiviteit is daar zelden te vinden . Koers wordt ook wat gedrukt door het uitoefenen van warranten , al verwacht ik na Positief AMDAL nieuws dat we volgende week toch weer de 20 cent gaan opzoeken. Vooral benieuwd nadien na het andere nieuws rond verdere constructie van de mijn op zich, als ze daar met mooi nieuws komen kan dat alsnog een flinke boost geven aan de sp.

The junior gold exploration space was in need of a tonic in the wake of the recent wobbles in the gold price.

And thanks to some spectacular results in the latest drilling by De Grey Mining (DEG), which is 16 per cent-owned by DGO Gold (DGO), from the Crow zone at its Hemi gold discovery in the Pilbara, the required tonic has arrived on cue.

A thick and high-grade intersection of 64m grading 13.4g/t gold from 141, including 19m at 42g/t from 170m, got the pulses racing again, with De Grey itself rising 11% to 98.5c for a market cap of $1.05 billion.

Other results were not as spectacular but only because that would be asking too much. Still, 12m at 2.4g/t and 31m at 2.2g/t at relatively shallow depths in other holes into the Crow intrusion was itself exciting stuff as it contributes to the (open) mineralised footprint growing by 400m to 1km.

“They demonstrate the potential for Crow to significantly add to the overall gold endowment at Hemi (multiple intrusives) and to meaningfully contribute to a potential large-scale, near-surface open pit production scenario,” De Grey said.

As recently as January, it was a 5c stock. So it’s a 20-bagger, with more to come as De Grey works away at confirming the widely-discussed 5Moz world-class potential of Hemi.

Twenty baggers are more popular than 10-baggers so it was no surprise the punters went chasing juniors with exposure to the unfolding Pilbara gold story.

Kairos (KAI), which has just kicked off a 5000m program in the Pilbara, gained 5% to 4c. Golden State Mining (GSM) closed 1c weaker at 30c but has come up from 25c in recent days. Wildcat (WC8), which some reckon has its foot on the right sort of rocks, put on 13% to 5c.

The Hemi discovery has not only transformed De Grey from junior explorer to developer status, it has transformed the gold potential of the broader Pilbara region, currently better known as the world’s biggest supplier of iron ore.

Hemi - located 60km south of Port Hedland - is a large-scale, near-surface, intrusion hosted gold deposit – a deposit style not previously identified in the Pilbara region. That’s what makes the find particularly exciting.

Mijn portefeuille vanochtend ernstig omhooggevallen met de Grey..... Hele vele centjes omhooggevallen 3 goeie electrische mountainbikes. Aantal forse aankopen van De Grey neemt toe. LekkAaahhhhh

Proficiat. Je neemt er natuurlijk ook grote risico's mee dus mag je rendement navenant zijn. Ik zit er te bescheiden in voor grote winsten maar ben zeer tevreden. En het moment om uit te stappen is nog niet daar.
