Biovest en Valiance geen positiewijziging in MdxHealth.

Echter verwatering door recente uitgifte nieuwe aandelen.

Aan de gewijzigde positie te zien is Petercam de partij geweest die koers MdxHealth naar beneden heeft gecorrigeerd om een koers te realiseren waarop een succesvolle aandelenplaatsing kon plaatsvinden.

En zie alles volgens plan verlopen.

IRVINE, CA, and HERSTAL, BELGIUM, July 9, 2015 - MDxHealth SA (Euronext: MDXH) (the "Company") announces, in accordance with article 14 of the Belgian Act of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies, that it received shareholder notifications from several shareholders listed below.

Shareholdings after passively crossing the transparency threshold of 15%, as a result of the successful completion of the private placement of 6,150,000 new shares with a group of institutional, qualified and professional investors in and outside of Belgium, which was announced on June 24, 2015 and completed on June 26, 2015.

Biovest Comm. VA(1) : 13.99%
Valiance Asset Management Ltd. (2) : 13.33%
Shareholdings after actively crossing the transparency threshold of 3%:

Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA(3) : 2.98%
Petercam SA(4) : 0%
Notes:

Biovest Comm. VA ("Biovest") notified on July 1, 2015 that, as a result of the issuance of new shares on June 26, 2015, its shareholding dropped below the threshold of 15% of the outstanding shares. Biovest still holds 6,156,525 shares which now represent 13.99% of the 43,998,490 shares currently outstanding.
Valiance Asset Management Ltd. ("Valiance") notified on July 3, 2015 that, as a result of the issuance of new shares on June 26, 2015, its shareholding dropped below the threshold of 15% of the outstanding shares. Valiance holds 5,866,834 shares in the Company, which now represent 13.33% of the 43,998,490 shares currently outstanding.
Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA (jointly with Petercam SA) notified on June 23, 2015 that, as a result of a transfer of 140,820 shares in the Company on June 4, 2015, its shareholding dropped below the threshold of 3% of the number of shares outstanding at that time. Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA is controlled by Petercam SA. The 2.98% is calculated based on a total number of 37,848,490 shares outstanding at that time.
Petercam SA and Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA jointly notified on June 12, 2015 that, as a result of a transfer on March 23, 2015 by Petercam SA to Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA of the voting rights attached to the Company's shares which are held by Petercam B Fund SA and Petercam Horizon B SA, Petercam SA's shareholding dropped below the 3% threshold and Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA's shareholding crossed the 3% threshold. As a result, Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA then held 1,266,914 shares, i.e. 3.38% of the total number of shares outstanding at that time. The 3.38% is calculated based on a total number of 37,848,490 shares outstanding at that time.

Is een helder bericht. Het valt me op dat er voor mij een nieuwe naam onder het bericht genoemd staat: Amber Fennell. Hadden we deze naam al eens eerder op (IR) Investor Relations afdeling gezien?

MDxHealth’ prostaatkankertest (ConfirmMDx) blijft marktaandeel winnen in de VS. Recent vernamen we dat enkele van de Top-5 verzekeraars in de VS overgingen tot een volledige terugbetaling! Goed nieuws, zonder meer, al neemt dat natuurlijk niet weg dat de producten ook nog effectief verkocht moeten worden. Dankzij de verbeterde terugbetaling door zowel Medicare als grote verzekeraars kan de verkoopsploeg nu voluit aan de bak gaan. Met dank aan het recent opgehaalde kapitaal zal dat verkoopsteam uitgebreid worden om de in de VS gevestigde "managed care" en aanverwante gezondheidszorg inspanningen te ondersteunen en versnellen. Begin volgend jaar wordt een nieuwe test voor blaaskanker aan het repertoire toegevoegd en ook zorgen de royalty’s van Exact Sciences’ darmkankertest Cologuard voor bijkomende cash. Het koersdoel van KBC Securities bedraagt 6,5 euro levert een opwaarts potentieel van 48% op.

Tom Simonts heeft het vaak bij het rechte eind als het om z'n favoriete aandelen gaat en dat MDx hier tussen staat als klein Belgisch fonds stemt me zeer tevreden.
Dat het aandeel momenteel wat doelloos rondzwemt is jammer maar als de beurzen wat gekalmeerd zijn dan komt MDx weer bovendrijven. Je moet wat geduld hebben en het leggen van gouden eieren gaat soms wat moeizaam.
En dat koersdoel van €6.50 kunnen ze binnenkort verhogen.

Nou laat maar komen dan die koersstijging.
De tactiek is voorlopig niet meer verkopen, maar dat schijnen velen nog niet te begrijpen.
Kijk naar Galapagos, daar heb ik inmiddels een aardige winst, al meer dan de waarde van het aandeel MdxHealth, en er zit nog veel meer in het vat.

Dus believers, NIET MEER VERKOPEN!!! onder de 5 euro, anders komen we daar nooit.

Binnenkort MdxHealth notering aan Nasdaq !?

MDxHealth is still seen as European company, even though the market for its diagnostic test is predominantly in the U.S. What the company should do, to increase its visibility to U.S. investors, is have a dual listing on a U.S. stock exchange, like NASDAQ, as several European companies have done.

Recently, the company successfully raised $31M, which it will use to increase its sales and clinical affairs efforts in the U.S. and to accelerate product development (new tests for prostate cancer and bladder cancer). This could be the step up for a NASDAQ listing in the near future.

Er zijn meerdere forumleden, inclusief mijzelf, die dit al maanden roepen.
Waarom genoteerd zijn in Brussel, terwijl de activiteiten hoofdzakelijk in Amerika uitgevoerd worden?

Ik hoop ook echt dat de 30 miljoen die onlangs is opgehaald ook daadwerkelijk voor bijv een notering gebruikt gaat worden.
Ben er eerlijk gezegd bang voor, dat achter de schermen alles al rond is, gezien de radiostilte vanuit het bedrijf zelf.

Ben er bang voor dat we geen notering krijgen aan de NASDAQ, maar dat we op deze lage koers overgenomen worden, voor een habbekrats.
Onderbuikgevoel, ook gezien de rare koersvorming van de laatste maand(en).

Dat zou een zeer logische keus zijn(Nasdaq notering ) met tevens een veel hogere waardering . Alle handel zit(nog) grotendeels in de USA .
Wie weet ,weten de laatste investeerders op 4,50 al meer dan ons , want anders zouden ze zijn genaaid . Nu zijn wij genaaid met de koersdaling/radiostilte etc . Je zou er bijna van uitstappen . En dan gebeurd er plotseling een GLPG tje /Genfit / HZNP /Crucell etc
