Precies. Die verkoop gaat in ieder geval door en betekent na de vergadering op 25/4, dat we in juli €4,50 per aandeel terugkrijgen.

De handel is dusdanig dun, dat elke order de boel gemakkelijk een stuk lager zet..
Naar beneden gaat sneller dan omhoog iig.
De boel ligt er niet goed bij op dit moment, de weg omhoog geeft teveel weerstand

ik dacht dat er twee deals waren gesloten, is de EU nu akkoord met beide deals of is dit slechts één er van en als dat zo is, is dan de uitbetaling van usd. 4,50 p/a nog steeds "gegarandeerd"?

Hoe zit dat nu met de kapitaaluitkering waarover werd gesproken. Zou betekenen dat we een bedrag boven de 10 euro zouden ontvangen

OCI Global announced the $3.6 billion sale of Iowa Fertilizer Company in December 2023, and the deal is still awaiting regulatory and antitrust approval. Koch Industries is the second largest private company in the U.S.

Lees her en der wel dat het blokkeren van de deal niet zomaar gaat, en al die groepen die stampij maken, weten waarschijnlijk dat de deal ook niet zomaar geblokkeerd kan worden.
Uiting van zorgen over banen en moneys richting de lokale overheden is de voornaamste reden van bezorgdheid bij boeren,burgers en buitenlui van Wever, Iowa.
We gaan het zien. Als de deal wel afketzt wordt het wel een min 10% dagje gok ik zo

On Saturday, a Koch Industries spokesman said in a statement that the Kansas-based company is confident the FTC will allow the purchase to proceed after concluding its analysis. Koch is committed to “operating and growing production at the Wever facility,” the spokesman said, adding that the purchase builds on a $2 billion investment in North America to increase production and improve safety and consumer access.

In Nevada, LaVon Griffieon, a central Iowa farmer, told Khan her family must negotiate prices with giants like Bayer, a St. Louis seed and chemical company; Deere & Co., the Moline, Illinois, farm equipment manufacturer; and Nutrien, the Canadian fertilizer company.

Farmers' ability to pay seems to drive prices, Griffieon and others said, not demand and production costs. “Every time crop prices go up, their prices go up,” said Griffieon, who farms about 1,100 acres with her family north of Ankeny.

The squeeze makes it hard for her family to build wealth for future farm generations, she said. For example, her family recently bought new tractor tires, which cost $20,000. That’s close “to what my parents paid for 80 acres in 1964,” Griffieon said.

“We have land to get our sons started farming. But we really can't provide them with much” more, she said.

De koers van OCI begint steeds verder te convergeren richting een prijs van ongeveer 25,25 euro. Technisch gezien is de kans redelijk groot dat op dit punt een koersuitbraak zal plaatsvinden. Een kleine trigger is dan voldoende om de richting te bepalen. We gaan het zien!

Doordat veel onduidelijk is met betrekking tot de toekomst van de resterende onderdelen en hoe de aandeelhouders precies gaan profiteren van de verkoopopbrengsten is de koers momenteel gematigd. Hopelijk komt er snel meer duidelijkheid.
