Mooi verhaal Tracker. Was inderdaad informatieve bijeenkomst. In alle opzichten. TIE lijkt me voor een wat groter bedrijf als Ordina een mooi overname kandidaat. Kan de "hub" België er zó bij. Mooi bewezen platform als FLOW inpassen in je dienstenpallet. Of heb ik het helemaal mis?

Nee hoor, geen enkele "best guess"heeft het mis, zou best zo kunnen uitpakken. Je kan er een games simulatie \ kansberekening op los laten :).

Maar ook UPG (over 2-3 jaar), Descartes, Pagero, ESKER of SPS zouden interesse kunnen hebben om TIE KINETIX tzt over te nemen. je koopt een goed functionerend ( schaalbaar) platform en miljoenen jaarlijks terugkerende klantconnecties in een aantal specifieke verticals (klantsegmenten) , die met alle grote ERP systemen syndicatief documenten digitaal kunnen uitwisselen.
Descartes kocht afgelopen decennium al een specialist in Amersfoort Nederland op, die soortgelijke aktiviteiten ontplooide.

Lokale (meer gespecialiseerde) outsiders met internationalisatie plannen zouden uiteraard interesse kunnen hebben;
Bijv. Exact of Ordina, why not, al denk ik eerder dat die alweer "te gespecialiseerd zijn op de nationale markt". TIE KINETIX is naar mijn mening het nationale ICT speelveld & geweld ontgroeid vanuit specialisaTIE.

The first of many solutions to come, one that enables PDF to Peppol e-invoice conversion, is now available for purchase.

Larger companies are increasingly adopting supply chain digitalization tactics to increase business efficiency and meet sustainability targets. This often begins with making the switch to e-invoicing, which subsequently puts a tremendous amount of pressure on their suppliers, especially small and medium-sized companies (SME).

“As a service provider, we’re confronted with the challenges that SME suppliers face on a daily basis,” says Jan Sundelin, CEO, TIE Kinetix. “They all have a simple job to do: send an invoice to their customer. So if we want to increase e-invoicing adoption rates among this group, it’s our responsibility to make their job easy. Our online store is the first of its kind to offer these suppliers an affordable solution that requires zero technical implementation.”

All TIE Kinetix solutions can be found in the company’s online store, and PDF-2-FLOW is the first solution that is entirely self-serve. These suppliers send too many invoices to make use of (free) e-invoicing portals and too few invoices to justify investing in a fully integrated EDI/XML solution. Resultaat TIE Kinetix verdampt
Door investeringen in groei.

(ABM FN-Dow Jones) TIE Kinetix heeft in het eerste halfjaar van het gebroken boekjaar het resultaat zien afnemen als gevolg van de inzet op groei. Dit bleek woensdag uit de halfjaarcijfers van het bedrijf uit Breukelen.

Het operationeel resultaat (EBITDA) daalde op jaarbasis met 98 procent van 1,64 miljoen euro naar 31.000 euro, als gevolg van de investeringen.

Het bedrijf gaf in maart van dit jaar al aan dat het dit jaar investeert om volgend boekjaar de groei te kunnen versnellen, vooral in de SaaS-activiteiten, waarmee boekjaar 2022 een overgangsjaar is.

De groepsomzet daalde in de verslagperiode met 3 procent naar 7.2 miljoen euro, waarbij de omzet uit SaaS-oplossingen wel met 14 procent steeg tot 5,4 miljoen euro.

De orderinstroom bedroeg 5,4 miljoen euro tegen 5,1 miljoen euro een jaar eerder, een stijging met 5 procent.

Het aandeel TIE Kinetix sloot dinsdag op 19,00 euro.

Daarom wat feitjes op een rijtje
1.) De groei in Saas is 14%, en stijgt met 650K naar 5.3 Mln.
2.) Euro 5.365 Mln omzet H-1 = 75% van de totale revenue base H-1 a 7.1 Mln.
3.) Overall omzet staat onder druk met 3%,;
- 800 K minder omzet (50/50) verdeeld over "maintenance & Support"& Consultancy.
- De licentie omzet is inmiddels nihil.
- De turnaround naar Saas is in volle gang.
4.) Orderinstroom H-1 steeg met 5% naar euro 5.4 Mln.
5.) 20 new FTE's onboarded in H-1 to boost sales SaaS
- Vs. 104 medewerketrs einde boekjaar 2021 (september).

Als Edison het licht heeft uitgevonden, dan weten ze ook aan welke knoppen TIE moet draaien.....
.... wil het ze nog wel een keer uitleggen in alle rust ....... :)

Op naar 20% CAGR Saas groei en uiteindelijk 32 nieuwe FTE's die de sales moeten aanjagen.
O.b.v. de verzamelde data \ inzichten, kunnen investeerders in TIE pas vanaf Q-1 2023 boekjaar (Q-4 2022) het MT aanspreken op hun beloftes ; Double digit sustainable growth en back into positive Ebit year 2024.

Schat dat de M&A mededeling dit lopende boekjaar wel tot mededelingen gaat leiden, wsl. na Q3 boekjaar 2023. dan hebben ze zelf nl. al wel in de gaten of de salespush & business development push gaat renderen o.b.v. de oplopende orderintake en duration of new business contracted.

TIE Kinetix announced today that the company has relaunched its PDF invoicing solution, PDF-2-FLOW. The affordable solution, which now requires zero implementation, offers SME suppliers an easier way to comply with increasing e-invoicing obligations. A new portal environment has also been introduced, complete with a variety of new features, such as unified reporting.

Breukelen, the Netherlands – June 16, 2022 at 8 AM CEST – Triggered by the lack of convenient, low-cost e-invoicing solutions for SME suppliers and a rising demand from existing users to expand solution functionalities, the PDF-2-FLOW relaunch aims to satisfy both groups.

Breukelen, the Netherlands – June 17, 2022 at 8 AM CEST – TIE Kinetix announced today that the company has signed a five-year contract with HG International B.V., a leading European supplier specialized in cleaning and maintenance products. With TIE Kinetix’s FLOW Partner Automation platform, HG’s supply chain will be 100% digitalized.

The desire to achieve 100% document exchange digitalization with all suppliers is driven by HG’s desire to increase supply chain efficiency.

As part of the agreement, the various document flows on the procurement side will be merged into a single, comprehensive solution. The introduction of a supplier portal will enable more suppliers to exchange documents electronically with HG International—orders, order confirmations, packing slips, and more.

5 jaar geeft een lekkere bodem onder de strategie van groeiversnelling in EU.
Koers daalt met 1% in reactie van de bearmarket die toeslaat.
Staat los van de waardering.
