Dive Brief:

Only 1 in 4 automakers and Tier 1 automotive suppliers are “fully prepared” for software-defined vehicles, but are looking to boost their capabilities, according to an AlixPartners survey published Wednesday.
Over half of automakers preferred a proprietary software model, while suppliers and tech firms preferred a mix of open-source and proprietary software.
About 2 in 3 Tier 1 suppliers plan to collaborate with tech companies to boost their software-defined vehicle capabilities.

Shorten is niet altijd een succes. Ik las dat grote hedge funds vorig jaar miljarden hebben verloren. Waarschijnlijk dat ze ook op TomTom geld gaan verliezen.

De dag gisteren begon teleurstellend maar eindigde zeer goed.
Gaat dit de opmaak zijn voor een serie van goede dagen richting de cijfers op 2 februari? Door alle andere ontwikkelingen lijken deze komende cijfers enigszins ondergesneeuwd te raken.

Klaar wakker hier en maar afwachten of het goed zal blijven gaan. Goed gaan hoeft niet voor een ieder het zelfde te zijn. Te ver vooruit lopen op toekomstige ontwikkelingen, positief of negatief, is nooit de beste beleggingsstrategie. Eerst zien (echte groei en echte NETTO wpa), dan geloven.
