Ik vond het een fantastisch product de e-scooter en zie dat ze hier in Eindhoven stees meer worden gebruikt. Ik geloof hierin en wil graag aandeelhouder blijven. Mag Etergo zomaar zonder voorafgaande informatie aandelen verkopen van investeerders tegen een negatief rendement van 95% binnen het jaar?

"Dear Bob,
We refer to the email sent to you on Tuesday, May 26th 2020, about the sale of all shares in the capital of Etergo B.V. (the Company) to Ola Electric Mobility B.V. (OLA) in which we announced that we would contact each individual investor soon for the distribution of the proceeds received from the transaction. This letter sets out the procedure pursuant to which the STAK will pay out the proceeds in relation to the depositary receipts held by you.
We very much regret that it was not possible to obtain a higher purchase price. Unfortunately, selling the shares in the Company last week to OLA was the only remaining alternative to deal with the Company's immediate cash shortfall. The Company was facing imminent bankruptcy (which would most likely have resulted in no consideration to equity holders). Now a purchase price of EUR 0.0179986 can be distributed per share.
For you personally, this means the following:

Please check the above table for the payout of your proceeds for correctness and completeness. If anything is missing or incorrect you have until June 19th 2020 at 23:59 CEST to notify the STAK at info@etergo.com or in reply to this email with the corrected/additional info as follows:
• Your reply that states specifically that the proceeds should be transferred to a different account in your name
• Either your updated IBAN and/or your Bank account number + BIC/SWIFT code
• The address of the relevant bank
• Attach a copy of a recent bank statement confirming that this is indeed your bank account number.
Only if the above information is sent to info@etergo.com before the deadline can we transfer the money to a different bank account than the one as shown in the table above.
After the 19th, the STAK will as soon as practicably possible transfer the proceeds that you are entitled to as set out above.

Let ook op het verschil dat je een product of oplossing fantastisch vindt, en een product dat voor de huidige "aandeelhouders" fantastisch is. In Eindhoven was Video 2000 misschien ooit ook een fantastisch product, eveneens met kans op -95% rendement binnen een jaar. En vraag je eens af waarom en hoe ze uitgerekend bij jou terechtkomen. Op die vraag kan een goed antwoord mogelijk zijn, maar ook iets onnozels zoals een verkooppraatje, internetadvertentie en/of e-mailtje. Ben je een zeer geschikte en ervaren, vroege investeerder met risicospreiding en dergelijke, of ben je slechts het onderwerp van financiële marketing zonder helemaal goed te weten waarin je "belegt" en met welke partijen?
