dit is het 2 deel :-)))

about that they can be made that are stronger superior to native spider silk.
at this point rnd accelerate, we opened door, we see trmeendous oportunity. scientst working ont hsi now know they succeeded we are boosting funding to the labs. I think it is reasonable, now they demonstrated ability we foolish to not accelerate and bring 2nd and 3rd as fast as possible, we repidly work for commercialization now. want 2nd gen as fast as possible, we invented someting fantastic here, dont need reinvent wheel, industrialization needed to partner with who has thsoe... safest surest and fastest to move into commerce,
3 ways
partnering
joint venture
merger
acquisition
I view kraig labs at this stage as a beutiful LADY TIGER grooming ourselves and protecting our tehc, to make a strong and attractive to coproate partners, we are not a wallflower, if they dont make an offer in interest to shareholders then lady tiger has caws, we grow tyhe right way. 1 final point to make that is i know ben has lots of questions of gene sequences protein expression, some look like writen by microbiologist. protecting shareholders and technology,,, layer protection on protection
thanks for interest in kraig and shareholdres pleasure nad honor to be ceo im very cognizatn of faith confidence trust ,,, this ship is on course and accelerating never viewed us as penystock we are unique inwe are pennystock by choice, 10 for 1 split to ensure tsock in penny range, semed crazy at time, but llok aruond, se empty spaces where biotech failed... many had exciting tech if they couldve held on they couldve breakthroughs didnt survive,, we implimented strat to forward split to survive to achieve breakthoughs nwo grow/expand, i run company sa if we had a much brighter future as if going palced, we are.
benn starts now questioning
1. during presentation it mentioned the silk made by 20 silkworms how fast to produce commercial quantities....???
A) at press conference showed 12 spools of fibers by diferent straing of silkworm. I dont mean we have 20 silkworms, i mean 20 different strains of silkworms, some now in 6th,7th,8th 9th gen. It passes it on to its offspring so duaghter is making recombinant silk fiber, in regard to sppools demo'd theres 20 making 20 diff fibers, 12 on display,, each coccoon has .5 mile fiber and unwound it makes .5 mile arund spool, each spool braided silk, experts took several strands in same line and braded them to make a yarn. This tech rampup very fast,,,, 200-300 eggs. single silkworm to thousands of silkworms in very short time rampup quick..
2. proprietary rights to new strains?
A) yes, we have ip rights to development sin lab to sponsored research. Not a matter of new technology but new techniques, now know how to do this, we can make 2nd gen on much accelerated timescale. compared to first gen. proprietary rights held by kblb,ie methodology transgencis fibers....
3. why no reference to kblb as public traded company
A) we were guest of notre dame didnt feel appropriate to go tirade of commercializim and our stock. while on campus at notre dame, the u of notre dame interested in improving condition of man and at head of technology resarch,, it was not just commercial event more importantly event to describe scientific breakthrough, heard we shouldve shouted trading symbol but we did right. will be historic and handled ourselves well.
4. using just one type of spider?? or right combination, and what to get real spider silk properties
A)not the goal herenecessarily, anaolgy of what done,,,,,, concrete if we think of silk fiber as concrete, our vision from beginning was to reinforce conerete but use rebar to reinforce concrete,, to us rebar was a class of proteins.. that ccomplished, in lab now is composit, the idea of purifying it and misses the point. but object is not to purify it at all it is to assemble it in a way to maek it super strong. and conversely to assembly more flexible too. those properties are related and interchanbel and oppositional. we believe we can customize the fibers, and give customers custom properties. we will dial those in and make resulting fiber to specificiations. That is one interesting thing, fikvber industry has many niches.(rabbling about kevlar...) we are not replace kevlar or cototn or nylon, our product services a different niche, each product is not one product called spider silk, we dont invision one product to take by storm, we invision as a new class of composed of many products, each significant niche market...... many spider species of course that make silk each has unique properties, very intersting here, we are not limited to what is made by a spider in mother nature, the technology is so new world just opening eyes to it..
5. what near term apps anticipated
A) near term silk textile market. no reason so high brow to not attack near markets,,, those are near term but not as sexy as other apps,, we are not making UNICORNS here this is not fantasy her, it is reality, we are building the company up on a straight course, the right way attack easiest markets first, obvious is textiles
6. how much per transgenic
A).5 mile per cocoon, no question of cost effective... every fiber comes from silkworms raw material 3-5 billion,, value added is many times that... our transgenics to be pluggd into the system
7.. what precautions and ramifications of transgenics into the wild
A) no natives in america, the silkworm and those in commercial farms are a flightless moth, cannot fly impossible to survive in wild, needs humans to grow.. either silkworm or laboratory only eats mulberry or mulbery cake, it cant fly and no way of escaping outside the lab without humans itd perish... extremely domesticated to have oversiezed silk glans/largest cocoons. needs humans.....
8. when will brakthough published and peer reviewed
A) from our perspective never soon eneough. some would view that as a recipe book, we working with universities, and the peer review article is the gold standard. peer review pub be coming out.. kraig labs wanna make sure every i and t crossed before submitted and intend to make sure it is done inf act researchers asked to bring in additional researcher to do gene analysis,,, reasonable request
9. detail what exclusiv elicense covers and what are profit sharing for u of notre dame, frase u of wy kblb and others
A)in short no profit sharing,, u of wyoming is equity holder, and gets none royalties, u of notre dame is entiteld to 1-4 percent royalties, fraser is shareholder
10 venturecapital lined up? what are thoughts on diluting
A) no partner lined up.. not interested in one, venture capital means dilution, control, ppl in our bizness, not excited about venture capital.,per diluting.........i throw nickles around like manhole covers and treat shraes in the same way im not interested in diluting , i own a large portino of stock id bve the first to absorb brunt of dilution.. I protect shareholders and we will only issue shares in best interest of shareholders.
11 reasonable valuatio of company?
A)let markets tell us
12 any thing holding companyfrom moving forward
A)what was biggest restraint has just come off, that wsa research dream fulfilled and putting last pieces to make this happen now we done it but 20 times made recombinants,, i think co
