METALLIS RETAINS DR. PETER LIGHTFOOT TO ADVANCE THUNDER NORTH NICKEL OPPORTUNITY
Vancouver, BC: Metallis Resources Inc. (TSX-V: MTS) (the “Company” or “Metallis Resources”) is pleased to announce that it has retained Lightfoot Geoscience Inc., owned and operated by Dr. Peter C. Lightfoot, PhD., P.Geo. Dr. Lightfoot will be conducting a comprehensive review and interpretation of geochemical, geophysical and geological data collected by Metallis to evaluate the potential for a magmatic nickel-copper sulphide system at Thunder North, contiguous to the southern and eastern borders of Nickel Mountain.

Dr. Lightfoot (LightfootGeoscience.ca) brings over 30 years of experience with nickel sulphide deposits including Voisey’s Bay and last year published the first comprehensive textbook on Sudbury ore deposits. He has also played a key role in Garibaldi Resources’ Nickel Mountain discovery, the first of its kind in the Eskay Camp and the broader Golden Triangle.

Based on a similar geological setting as Nickel Mountain, combined with strong magnetic and VTEM anomalies along with significant glacial retreat at Thunder North, Metallis extended its 2017 regional exploration program at higher altitudes and discovered a cluster of mafic to ultra-mafic intrusive rocks favorable for magmatic nickel-copper sulphide mineralization (see map). Rock chip sampling and a single drill hole (KH17-09) tested a structurally controlled sulphide-rich zone dominated by silica-pyrite altered diorite and mafic volcanics along the margin of an olivine gabbro intrusive body.

Drill core samples from hole KH17-09 have been submitted for analysis and assay results will be released when they are received and interpreted.

Metallis anticipates having a greatly expanded 2018 exploration program at Thunder North which will include further surface sampling, geophysical analysis, petrographic studies as well as additional drilling.

from the filing on sedar we can see that Eric Sprott owns nearly 12% of CXO

12,800,544 Common Shares and 1,684,118 Warrants referred to above in its capacity as portfolio manager of managed accounts, representing approximately 11.8% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, assuming the exercise of the Warrants.

Haha, ik melde het bewust niet. ik verwachte namelijk dat jij ermee zou komen ;-)))
Wel ondersteunend bericht. niet verkeerd !!

Bij mij zijn het vooral GGI en MTS en wat ABN.v, maargoed, de laatste is minder van belang voor mij.
Door de stijgingen is mijn porto uit verhouding geraakt door de fictieve winsten op GGI en MTS.
Toch verkoop ik niks. ik wacht rustig de komende assays af. (niet alleen die van komende week)

Mochten ze goede resultaten halen dan sla ik me voor mijn kop om winst te pakken dus blijf lekker rond hangen.
Bij verlies, jammer dan, maar leuke show gehad de laatste tijd.
Toch...alles plussen en minnen kom ik op veel plussen uit dus verwacht 2018 dubbele getallen te zien.

Dat MTS Peter Lightfoot erbij haalt zie ik als dikke plus.
En laatst het bericht van GGI ondersteund het verwachtingspatroon.
Nu komt het gewoon op de uiteindelijke getallen aan.
Mocht het wijzen op VB+ dan kan ik zèèr tevreden zijn, alsmede vele aandeelhouders met mij.
Toch lijkt het erop dat in deze sector weinig interesse is op Nederlandse bodem.
De schrijvers hier zal het vast bij blijven de komende tijd, haha!

Ook hou ik Novo in de gaten, kan best interessant zijn in de toekomst, zeker met aantrekkende edelmetalen t.z.t.
Voor nu investeer ik er nog niet in .

Ik heb er wat gekocht op 14 cent. Zal misschien nog wel wat verder dalen, maar ik vond die 21 g/t AU over 6 meter toch niet slecht. Het is maar een ieniemienie bedrijfje met een MC van 8 miljoen. GGI zit al op bijna 400 miljoen. Ok, heel ander verhaal natuurlijk, maar het verschil is enorm.

Toch zou ik nu eerder GGI kopen op 4,50 dan ABN.v op 15 cent.
Maargoed, ik ga ook uit van redelijk tot goede resultaten van de assays. Vooral de assays die later volgen.
De eerste assays deze week zijn hopelijk gewoon okè.

We gaan 't meemaken ;-)

zo is dat. New nadina (nna) gaat uit zijn dak. Toevallig een mening daarover Elio? Is al een 10-bagger in 2 weken, gaat wel een beetje erg hard nu.

they hit 255 m of mineralization 132 m of it is HIGH GRADE SULFIDE. the conductor they hit is 500x500x400 m and it was never tested except one hole in 1970 which was not even aimed at it and that hole hit 2 m of 800 g/ton silver and 27% zinc and copper and lead. Company thinks that no one knew of this conductor before coz it is covered by 200 m of overburden. The hole from the 1970 hit the edge f'the conductor 400 m away from the recent hole S1 that
Hit the 255 m. CEO calls this conductor a jewelry box. And hole 1 confirmed the high grade sulfide. Company will put polished pics of the drill core anytime now along with a presentation that will explain this discovery and what it means. Those pics are expected to drive the price to new highs. Company has 14 M share only and CEO has 18% of that and hasn't sold a single share since the discovery.
They are targeting another anomaly now with hole 2 and 3 and then in the winter they will come back to drill the conductor hit in hole 1 called blue conductor through a new drill program.
Catalysts are the pics and presentation, the results in December of hole 1 , results will show the high grades of copper and silver confirming the visuals and the XRF values taken on site. This hole has high grade copper silver lead zinc, as per their NR on 27 October and the conductor is huge. I see 10 bigger easy when results come out. Play derisked since the visuals were confirmed by the XRF reading on site for the core.

Silver Queen Drill Hole 17S-01 completed

October 27, 2017 GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA – New Nadina Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: NNA) reports completion of drilling the first target at it 100% owned Silver Queen property NEAR Owen lake, BC. Download News Release: 2017_Oct_27_-_2_NR_subsequent_IIROC_.pdf

Drill hole 17S-1 at Silver Queen has confirmed the high conductive geophysical anomaly (Jun 30, 2017 NR) contains sulfides. Drill hole 17S-01, drilled to a length of 816M, successfully intersected the conductive geophysical anomaly (blue) to the northwest of the Itsit Copper-Molybdenum-Gold porphyry. The single drill hole, as indicated in the figure below, has shown that the target consists of sulfides visually identified as bornite, sphalerite, galena, pyrargyrite. 108 Samples are expected to be completed and shipped for assaying within a week.

Based on visual observations the Company believes an 261M interval from 555 to 816M (open to depth), including 132M where the above mentioned minerals have been recognized is of interest.

The structure of the core mineralization is an intense stockwork veining grid with sub-vertical sulfide (low silica) veins up to 1.5cm and down to 10 cm spacing. Pictures of the core will be posted on the Company website nadina.com when available.

Historically, this deep seated target has not been drilled, with one exception: a vertical hole drilled by Northgate in 1970, which tested the NG3 vein from approximately 115 to 136m and the area below. At 437m a 5 foot 7 inch un-named intercept with 24.6 oz/ton Ag, 0.08 % Cu, 12.2 % Pb, and 27.2% Zn has been reported (Process Report New Nadina Ltd. Feb 17/81). According to the report of the geophysical anomaly mentioned above, this intercept most likely represents a thin southern sliver of the target (blue), which is located approximately 400m SSW of the intercept reported above, which truncates the target on the northeastern side.

Additional drilling of this deposit can be expedited from closer sites, on Crown Land, located to the immediate North-Northeast, West, and Southwest of the target. The Company’s work permit allows up to 50 drill sites. The Company is requesting a four year (2013-2017) permit extension to compensate when no work was conducted due to the landowner opposition/obstruction hiatus.

Drill hole 17S-02 has commenced and will target both the high grade silver veins (intercepted in drill hole 12S-05 NR Jun 30, 2017) and the high chargeability, low resistivity anomaly, respectively. Within this target area, two holes are planned and, depending on duration and funding available, an additional hole is anticipated.

Beetje een ontwikkeling gaande als bij ggi qua voorbereiding.
Wat me wel opvalt is dat het met geweld omhoog gaat.
Lijkt erop dat niemand iets wil missen en er bovenop springt.
Ik heb geen belangstelling om in te stappen btw.
ga het verhaal wel volgen ;-)

Waarom doe je mee met Garibaldi en niet met Nadina?

Het lijkt bijzonder veel op elkaar.

Vooral omdat ik mijn bestaande posities niet wil afronden in de diverse aandelen die ik momenteel heb.
Zo wilde ik Fintech hebben, maar ook laten lopen om de zelfde reden.
Keuzes... maar ik klaag niet.
Ook heb ik een bepaalde verdeling van vermogen waar ik me aan wil houden.
Tot nog toe zeer goed 2017 gedraaid maar we zijn er nog niet. ;-)

Natuurlijk staan meerdere aandelen op mijn lijstje en mocht er geld vrij komen dan ga ik zeker kijken naar nieuwe mogelijkheden...of ik hou wat voor later in porto.
Dit jaar maximaal besteed in porto zo gaande het jaar.
Komt vast weer een keer verandering in.

Dat het op elkaar lijkt was mij ook opgevallen. Misschien iets kleiner van schaal, maar Nadina kan zo maar het zusje van Garibaldi worden.

In ieder geval aardig om te volgen, en misschien op enig moment wel een idee om in te stappen.

GGI, de PP nu officieel geaccepteerd.
Nu de assays graag.

Ook veel praat over CLM momenteel.
Lightfoot gaat daar ook voor aan 't werk.
