Cal-Bay International, Inc. (otc markets:CBYI) Shareholder Update.

DENVER, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently appointed President of Cal-Bay International, Inc. Walter Nicholas, today released the following Information update statement for the company's investors and shareholders.

The Company recently updated the Nevada Secretary of State, Public Information to a "Good Standing" status, along with recording the changes to the newly appointed Resident Agent.

Company financials were completed through December 31st, 2013 verified and uploaded to OTC Markets, along with the required basic information disclosure document, and Legal Opinion provided by the company's recently retained council.

OTC Markets typically after satisfactory review of the documents will reinstate a company's status to that of current information in 2-3 business days from the date of filing. Cal-Bay completed the upload filing(s) on Friday, March 28th, 2014.

Mr. Nicholas commented, "As part of the Three Million share Preferred "C" control stock purchase by the new management, the company Chairman's resignation will become effective immediately upon removal of the Caveat Emptor status by OTC Markets. All other previous Officers and Directors of the company have already resigned from the company in their entirety"

The company plans to release additional information in the form of Press Releases as to the company's business plans, market sector, technology, subsidiaries along with pending and potential acquisitions.

Additional appointments to The Board of Directors will be announced in the very near future.

Nice.. zat eraan te komen en dus nog ff gewacht met verkopen. Zou toch een positieve push moeten geven.

Voor wat betreft dat verhaal van Nitwit.. vreemd verhaal en ik kan moeilijk inschatten of dit echt is of dat hij loopt te trollen. Hij smijt iets te makkelijk met bekende namen op ihub (zoals janice shell) dat het mij wat ongeloofwaardig overkomt. Zit dan eerder te denken aan een vervroegde 1 april grap of gewoon het ridiculiseren van de "paid basher" beschuldigingen.

vind het opmerkelijker dat er amper reactie op de posting gekomen is.
alleen van janice shell en die deed er nogal lacherig over.

maar eens zien hoe die nitwit verder post. misschien wel een alias kill, zoals je wel vaker ziet. verklaart dan echter nog niet waarom hij andere namen erin betrekt.

Ik weet wel dat die Nitwit bijna niet te volgen is op ihub, post altijd op een vreemde manier.
Ik twijfel sterk aan dat verhaal, maar wat er al gezegd word hij betrekt ook andere erin en noemt de naam van het bedrijf.
Vreemd allemaal.

Janice daar in tegen neem ik bloedserieus, iedereen schildert haar af als een basher maar dat is ze niet.
Ze heeft in 99% van de gevallen het gelijk aan haar zijden.

Klopt ja. Meestal als janice ergens opduikt blijf ik er meteen van af haha.
CBYI is nu een uitzondering, maar daar ben ik niet van plan lang in te blijven. Even de hype nu afwachten met de CE removal en dan snel er weer uit. Als je het over pot scams hebt...

Trouwens janice was bij TTDZ ook niet al te positief, maar die wil ik nog wel even het voordeel van de twijfel geven.
